Our whole family came to Florida, so there was 12 of us. Eight adults and four infants. The house had plenty of space for us which we really liked. Nice large kitchen and the living room for us all. The pool was nice to have right there as well, although the floor is extremely slippery when wet and not alot of space to sit in the a sun. Out door cushions were very dirty/ moldy. There is no barbeque as advertised, and the house was not as clean as I would had expected. I would say the house was also starting to look tired. As far as the area goes, there is not much to do without having to drive a distance.

We absolutely loved our stay. The house was everything pictured and perfect for our 3 kids. There were toys and a bounce house in the garage for them. Lots to do around the area and close to the grocery. A park just a short walk or drive and a beach on the river 10 mins away that the kids loved to play at. Emily was very responsive to anything we needed!

This house was perfect. It has plenty of space and the beds are very comfortable. The host was was great and very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

This house was perfect for what we needed. It was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Owner was very quick to respond to any questions and was extremally helpful with any questions we had. We will defiantly stay here next time we are in the area!

We rented this property to host a portion of our group on aor annual retreat. It was spotless and as advertised. A great pool and close to shopping, restaurants, entertainment with a short drive to area beaches. Emily was a pleasure to work with and we look forward to visiting again! Thank you

We were in town for a tournament. Very nice place, so spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook all our meals! The owner was so sweet and responsive! Highly recommended!!

This was a very pleasant place to stay. We loved the thoughtful extras like the beach towels, sand toys, pool toys, plenty of pool towels and the cooler bag for the beach. There was plenty of room for our group of 11 and the pool and lanai were really nice. The rooms were all very clean and had modern decor. The rollaway beds and pullout couch were helpful for our large group. The kitchen was well-equipped and had lots of room for multiple people to work in it at one time. The yard was beautifully landscaped, despite the recent hurricane. There were a few minor issues, which we bring up so you can improve the experience for the next guests. 1) The dishwasher. If you pulled both racks out at the same time or pulled the upper rack out all the way, the whole dishwasher would tip forward and we nearly broke some dishes as a result. I don't think it's probably secured somehow. 2)The coffee pot had grounds dried and stuck in it that we couldn't get out. Those that drank coffee said it made their coffee not taste good. 3) The button to make the jets go on the jacuzzi tub wouldn't stay on unless you held it down the whole time. A couple of things that would have made the experience a little nicer would have been coffee cups that weren't breakable, so that we could take them out onto the lanai, and a bigger selection of board games. Overall, it was a beautiful place to stay and thoughtfully laid out for families. We would definitely stay there again.
