This is a quiet house with a private, lovely yard, great outdoor living spaces, and charming indoor spaces. The kitchen is nicely updated, beds were comfortable, and the owner was really accomodating. It was a bit of a walk to get to grocery stores but eminently doable.

The property was very convenient great location. We were there in the winter so it was cold but the house had very good heating. The beds were a little uncomfortable but it was ok for the short time we were there. Over all it was a good place to stay.

we loved our stay. the house has bus stops right in front of it is convenient! this made getting to the trains and ferries so easy. i would highly recommend this house and it location ❤️

Lovely house, but in need of some TLC. Beds were uncomfortable (quilt covers unwashed, no top sheets), one bed fell in in the middle of the night. Shower faucet leaking, one bedroom smelled of urine (perhaps the mattresses)? Lovely house if looked after.

The house is a lovely place with a great communal area. The beds and couch / chairs are all very comfortable. The bathrooms were clean.
The main downside is that it needs some TLC. The drawers in the bathroom needed repairing, for example, as did the fly screen in there (it was 'repaired' with tissue paper). Also, the decking outside of the front door wasn't very stable.
The house is well equipped though and the owner had left some milk and bread for our arrival, which was a nice touch. Communication was good and it was easy enough to get into the house and leave it at the end. We would stay again.

It’s in a great location, no too far from the city, quiet, private, safe — all you want for a vacation rental. Our family of seven stayed for five days, and everyone had enough room to run around — even the 19 month old baby.
Hyun, the host, responded promptly — not just before the stay but after the stay too, for something we forgot at his house and he made sure we would get it.

The property is clean and comfortable which is really great for family holidays. All the facilities are clean and great.The landlord is nice!!!! He knows that we need to drive for more than 15 hours back so let us extend the check out time.
We definitely will come back if we travel to Sydney once again!!!!!

The property is not well maintained in the garden with the pathway bricks very loose and hard to walk on. The post holding the steps is loose. The main bathroom badly maintained with mould in shower and vanity unit falling apart. Shower door not good. The mattresses and pillows need replacing and door to bedroom off lounge area did not slide properly. The kitchen poorly equipped and no instructions for cooking appliances. Excessive cleaning fee charged. Overall disappointing for price paid.

Nice large house for a big group. Had all the amenities you could possibly need for a short family holiday. House was very clean and nicely presented. Owners made sure we had a good stay. Will stay again if travelling in a larger group.

Pictures were accurate, and we enjoyed our stay for the most part. Host was responsive, but some issues were unable to be resolved. The shower was dripping when we arrived and had soaked the bath mat which gave one of the bathrooms a musty odor. We were able to stop the drip after we figured it out the next morning. The kitchen needs a few more things to make cooking easier: frying pan, measuring cups/spoons, and oven mitts. The biggest issue was that water was leaking in the large window in the dining area because it was raining heavily when we arrived. Also, there was a window in one of the bedrooms (can be seen in the picture of the bedroom with the succulent pots on the windowsill, on the right side). This could not be closed, and let cold air in throughout the whole stay. Both of these issues could not be addressed during our stay, but we were able to use space heaters and blankets to compensate. With some fixes made, I would stay here again.
