The street is a bit loud

Location-wise it’s easily accessible, practically in the downtown area. It’s only 7-8 minutes of walking to the Bergamo train station. It has all you need for a stay away from home. All the instructions we got from the host were clear and we easily found our way around.
Sofa bed is big, but could be more comfortable.

The apartment is super clean and comfortable, with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The location is central, in direct proximity to every important spot in the city.
The apartment overlooks a busy street, so you need to factor in the noise.

The apartment was clean and in an excellent location. The staff was helpful.
They charged us €20 in city tax instead of the official 7% rate based on the accommodation cost. The explanation they gave for this was absurd.
Unfortunately, this was not the only issue. The air conditioning was not cooling the room properly, the window could not be opened, there was a problem with the fire detector.
Overall, there were simply too many issues for a comfortable stay, and the way the city tax was handled was particularly disappointing.
