Great location. Great sized property, especially for the family reunion we hosted there.

Cooking amenities were not compatible with the size of the property. Only mini chopping boards provided. No dishes for storing leftover food etc. In addition, all showers were scalding hot.

Spacious accommodation all on one level. Fantastic kitchen/dining /lounge area. Great location. Easy to access with keysafe.

When all properties were occupied parking was a bit limited. The large step up through the patio doors to the decking was difficult for my mum to manage. There was no frying pan in the kitchen.

There were no hairdryers despite being listed. Luckily we’ve experienced this before so had bought our own. No mirrors near a plug except main living area meant we all dried our hair in the lounge. Found the cupboard/hanging spaces a little odd

We had a problem with the hot water, quite a few people had cold showers despite trying all the showers. One of the toilets was easily blocked, which meant we had to spend a long time unblocking it. This was clearly an ongoing problem as there was a plunger in the bathroom. This should be looked at. For a house for 8 people there wasn’t space for everyone to sit on a sofa or comfy chair, there was plenty of space to add a bigger sofa or some arm chairs. Also for a house of 8 people, providing one tea towel and one small sponge for a 2 night stay is just not enough. There wasn’t anything to wipe down the sides with and more than one tea towel is needed for a house of this size. Some of the blinds in the bedroom were broken and there was no blinds on the skylights in the bedroom. For a house of this price tag, I expected better.
