Luxury Casa Lourdes in Merida, Centro
Casa Lourdes ist ein brandneues Haus im Stadtteil Santiago in Mérida, Centro. Das Haus bietet Platz für maximal 4 Gäste in 2 großen Schlafzimmern und 2,5 Badezimmern und verfügt über einen offenen Küchen-, Wohn- und Essbereich. Das Haus ist lichtdurchflutet, verfügt über eine hervorragende Belüftung, eine entspannende Terrasse am Pool und eine zusätzliche private Terrasse zum oberen Schlafzimmer. Zwischen dem Erdgeschoss und dem ersten Stock befindet sich ein Split-Level, der als Entspannungsbereich konzipiert ist oder auch als separater privater Arbeitsbereich genutzt werden kann.
Wie bereits erwähnt, fällt morgens viel Tageslicht ins Haus, und obwohl alle Fenster mit SolarGuard-Folie getönt sind, gibt es in den Schlafzimmern keine zusätzlichen Vorhänge – bitte beachte das. Wir stellen den Gästen Schlafmasken zur Verfügung.
Da das Haus mitten im Zentrum von Mérida liegt, ist gelegentlich mit Lärm zu rechnen.

WOW! We were here for 8 nights in May. It was over 100 degrees every day, cooler at night, and the air conditioning in the house worked perfectly and the ceiling fans kept the air circulating. The entire house is absolutely stunning. Every room is beautiful and the views of the pool and garden are seen from the whole house. Gigantic glass windows and 20 foot high ceilings give the house a wide open and gorgeous look. Her choice of artwork is amazing and the fact that she has decided to NOT have any TVs is so refreshing. The pool is perfect for cooling off after a full day of sight seeing. Fully stocked kitchen that we didn’t use since there are so many great restaurants a short Uber ride away. Free parking right outside the door, laundry room and maid service 2x per week. We rented a rent a car from Thrifty, a short Uber ride to the Fiesta Americana, for 3 days to do some road trips. I don’t think we have ever been in such a wonderful vacation home like this anywhere in the world. We highly recommend staying here for a relaxing stay in Merida.

House was beautiful in a perfect location! Very quiet and walking distance to plazas. etc. Weather was warm but AC was amazing as well as the pool to cool off. House was a 10/10. Would definitely recommend it if you are planning a visit in Merida!

Excellent accommodation! Our family of four stayed here for a week. This location is walking distance to most of places we visited in Merida. Yet it felt out of the crazy hustle and bustle of the super populated center. Nenad the host is easy to communicate with and his property is great. Comfortable beds, outstanding RO water filter, nice space, easy to use and well functioning air conditioners, yummy coffeee, fun little pool for the kids. We would stay here again!

We had a very pleasant stay at Casa Lourdes. Nenad is a gracious host and made all the logistics surrounding the booking, our arrival, any questions very easy. The location of the house is an easy walk to all the major spots, and located on a nice quiet street. The house is comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.
