Beautifully decorated and kitchen pretty well supplied for preparing meals. It was so nice to sit on the screened porch for morning coffee and it's just a few steps from the beach. We always stay with Island Realty due to the quality of the properties and their excellent customer service. Looking forward to our next trip.

Only one thing detracted from the stay - the mattress. It would crunch and creak with every movement, with excessive motion transfer - that is person moving on one side would cause bounce and shift on other side.

Very nice, small accommodation for two. Just the right size. Loved calm beachfront and access. Stocked well with necessities for kitchen. Only problem was lack of info for tv login; office sent technician on second day of stay.

Beautiful, updated condo. Very clean. Screen on door on porch was almost completely torn away. Called maintenance, it was fixed the same day. Love the remodel from previous years.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo had a great location and was decorated very nice. However, our biggest complaint was the bed. It was the worst bed we ever slept in. The box spring was broken and squeaked horribly - any movement in the bed woke my husband and I up. There was no mattress pad or bed skirt and the mattress itself was awful. Unfortunately, it really ruined our experience. We have stayed at 6 other condos in Port O' Call and have never had a bed this awful, especially for $3500 week. Hotel beds are more comfortable than this.

2 small problems: we encountered was black mold found in the air ducts in Kitchen... asthmatic person found it harder to breathe, but we cleaned vent with Lysol wipes and she had her meds so it turned out ok... also found food under the living room foot stool or hassett from a previous stay... lastly some of the bedding looked to be soiled.. or stained a bit.

Easy check in, location was perfect and only steps away to the beach!

The only negative unfortunately was at the onset ... the unit wasn't ready on time. After that however, everything was wonderful ... the unit, the location, Charleston in general, etc. We would definitely book this unit again.

The condo is literally right on the beach - you walk off the back porch onto the sand. You can see the wide beach & ocean from the kitchen sink, family room, foyer and bedroom. I woke up to sea oats right outside the bedroom window. You can see the sun rise from the bed!! (That is a 1st!). I would love to stay here again.

We loved the proximity to the beach, ease of getting around and how smooth the transition of checking in was. The locals are friendly and helpful in finding dining and things to do, depending upon your family interests. For the price we paid, some updates need to be made in my opinion, but ultimately we really had a great vacation on the Isle of Palms!

The condo had all the amenities we needed for a full 4 night stay with no real reason to leave after we acquired food supplies from the grocery store only 10 minutes away.Our only issue was noticing that the porch we enjoyed so much is in need of some care. Both wood and metal connectors over head are rapidly degrading, likely due to the salty air. This became very apparent when someone chose to hammer and drill on porch above, leading to chips of wood and rusted metal raining down on us. We were able to use the broom and dust pan to clean off porch, then continuing to enjoy the location. Just think some repairs should be done to avoid this or further decay in the future, as we hope to be able to enjoy this condo and porch again in the future!

We don't use the pods and had to improvise, but that is the only small issue. We were very comfortable, and the folks at Island Realty were extremely helpful.
