The apartment itself was really nice and clean. Very comfortable beds, we really slept well with the open window and listening to the waves breaking at the beach.

The place was under construction and workers started around 7:30 am in the morning. No way to sleep in. Part of the house was scaffolded, so there was no way of spending any time on the pool or on the property on the beach chairs. We booked this because we wanted to work a bit and relax at the same time. But because of the constant drilling noises under our balcony during the day, we were not able to spend time at the property. Only after paying the whole rate for our stay we received the message "Construction on our property has been extended through Mid-March. We apologize for any noise disturbances or other related inconveniences at this time." This is ridiculous. Looking at the building, it will probably take another 6 months or so until construction works will be finished, if even. So, if one looks for a place to just spend the night, this is a good place. But for the money we spent we would have really expected something different!

the room itself was nice

well let’s see.. we booked this 3 weeks before arrival. had to give Vacasa our credit card number. got there and building was under major construction all outside the building was covered in scaffolding and them they put up tarps so no view. workers on scaffolding looking in unit had to close curtains. could t stand the incredible noise from them removing surface of exterior. units all around us under heavy construction. contacted the company took hours for them to offer us another property not on or near beach or refund. opted for refund. they not only charged us for the night we stayed but an additional over$800 in fees. so the room for one night cost us over $1000 US. we frantically searched to find somewhere else to stay. they refuse to give us back the fees. customer service ridiculous. I will never use VACASA property again. not booking.com again as they were useless in helping us resolve this issue additionally when packing up our things a realtor with two clients showed up trying to enter our unit. had we not been there we would have never known. there was no safe so who knows what could have been taken. highly disgusted
