Very well presented house - great facilities, plenty of crockery, cutlery, dishes to cook with. It has a cold room ! ( so good for large groups). There were plenty of towels and other linen!
Fabulous position on the creek! Children were fully entertained floating up and down the creek.
It was a great holiday house and location for a family group. We will be back!

This property is absolutely flawless and is immaculate in every shape and form. Not only is it superbly located right on the waters edge, the views are endless.
The house is hugely spacious, extremely well appointed and attention to detail unsurpassed.
The kitchen is a chef's dream, multiple bedrooms and bathrooms (so no congestion!), numerous TV rooms for the children (so no fighting!), and also lots of toys and books to keep them entertained.
The positioning, presentation, enormity, and the cleanliness of this property left us all speechless.
Highly recommend.

Found the property was (surprisingly) exactly as described on line. Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived and we had a call from the property manager (Kleyre) who was worried we might be inconvienced because a can opener was missing. I would highly recommend this property for a group booking.

The house was perfect for our family getaway. The views are just as beautiful as the pictures show. There were many thoughtful amenities available throughout that made our stay very comfortable. Kleyre, the host, was very kind and responsive. This house is perfect for big families. There was 10 of us and it never felt crowded. Like others have mentioned, there are biting midges so bring bug spray!

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect stay, The house was big, beautiful and extremely comfortable. The lift was a god sent and the weather magnificent.
Thank you to all involved with making our family reunion one to remember. If I could make it an annual event it would be a dream come true.

This home has everything, the kitchen is a chef’s delight with a huge cold room for cooking & entertaining. A beautifully designed & decorated home, plenty of space for all the guests to mingle. Very clean and well organized bedrooms with lovely fresh linen , some rooms with stunning ocean views. The elevator is a bonus especially for disabled & elderly guest. Great fishing right out the front, great neighbors & pet friendly. Can’t wait to come back next year. Klayre the real estate agent was only a phone call away , I felt relaxed & comfortable calling her for the littlest enquiries , she was very kind & helpful.. 5 stars .

It was a dream holiday. We were supposed to do a cruise to Hawaii for my 50th birthday but it was cancelled due to covid. This was just as good as throughout our 10 day stay we had family and friends visiting and staying as it sleeps 15 and there is plenty of room for everyone. It is a beautiful, peaceful location and it is was wonderful waking up to such an amazing view everyday. It is also just a short walk to the local restaurants too. We try and get away a bit and this accommodation topped everywhere else we've stayed. Absolutely beautiful.

Property does not have wifi but this did not worry us, it is located right on the water so mozzies and midges are around, just remember to apply repellent, the owners also supply mozzy coils which was a lovely suprise, we intend to visit regularly. Thank you for having us

Loved our stay at "Top of The Tide" at Toogoom
An excellent luxurious house for our family holiday at Toogoom, which is about 20km drive to Hervey Bay. Lots of space for our 8 adults plus children, well equipped with quality furniture and decorating, appliances and the kitchen was very well set up with all that we needed. A picturesque waterfront location, which is a tidal inlet rather than a surfing beach. Some toys are even provided for young children, and plenty of space in the front yard for playing outdoors. A short walk from the house to local restaurant "Goodys" for when you don't want to cook in the fantastic kitchen. There wasn't wifi in the house, but we all used our own phone data. We really enjoyed our stay here.
