The pool was great, the cafe food and staff were excellent and the massage was good.

The apartment was not clean, nor was the gym or spa washroom. The shower drained so slow it flooded the bathroom floor, the couch and bed pillows were very uncomfortable. The gym was lacking and many machines were broken. Sauna, steam room are not included in price and are expensive to use. Bug spray was sprayed often surround grounds and the chemical smell was disturbing and seeped into apartments.

I like the design

The location is not good, the bed sheet and pillow are very old, the kitchenware is not clean and old, when we want to cancel 1 day they refuse to return the half of money, knowing that in the cancellation policy they say I can return the money if l canceling.

all new complex, beautifully designed. Ayçin was very nice & supportive, there is a gym which is simple but sufficient, there are some small shops around the corner as well as some simple restaurants.

Pretty far away from the centre(s), a car makes sense at this location. sauna costs 40 euros in addition for two hours, without even offering a decent shower. Pool was not working in April, unfortunately.

very spacious, bright and cozy apartment. fully equipped with everything you need. large bathroom. comfortable bed. the windows can be completely closed with roller shutters. ground floor with access to a private terrace.

it's a little inconvenient to get there without a car

Location was very quiet and perfectly located to all locations you might want to visit. Pool is nice but there is a weird smell around the area.
