The unit is AMAZING! This was our second year in this unit and we will be coming back for a third. Unit is clean, spacious for 8-10 and the amenities set it apart from others. Having the beach access so close and all the toys to take to the beach right there is very convieniant and my kids love it!

This house was great for our large family of ten. It was very clean and worth it for the location. The only disappointment was that the elevator didn’t work. We were counting on using that for my elderly mom, as there were lots of stairs in the house. The beach accessories and location were great. The kids changed from clothes to bathing suits multiple times a day because of how close it was to the beach. There was plenty of shopping and mini golf close by. We would book this again 👍🏻

The house was spacious and beautiful. Lots of things to mention like the nice linens, beautiful kitchen, comfy furniture, big tv with good internet. The garage was stocked with about 15 beach chairs during our stay, a nice umbrella, a nice ice chest, a few blow up floats, 8 beach towels, two nice bikes, a paddle board and a kayak and many other things we didn't use. There is a wagon for getting everything across the street to the beach. The crosswalk is one house down and straight to a nice crosswalk. It was a snap for the 10 of us to get to the sand. There are things that could be better and things that should be addressed. Freezer ice maker didn't work the best but we got ice at a nearby store. Pots and Pans were adequate. Could really use some plastic ware for leftovers, as we cooked every meal but one for our large group. There was both a coffee pot and a Keurig. Worst problem was that the elevator didn't work the entire time we were there though we told them the first day. We were ok without it so we didn't continue to ask for repair. Then there is the set of bunk beds that made so much noise the adults couldn't sleep very well. That was tough. All and all the place was beautiful and we enjoyed every minute of our trip including the wonderful front porches and the nice view of the water even from across the street. Grocery shopping options very near. Don't hesitate to lease this place. Our ages from 5yrs to 69yrs.

We loved this home, it was extremely nice. The location was perfect, the beach accessories were so nice and the hot tub was amazing. The only problem we had was that one bed had not been changed before we got there and Vacasa didn’t seem concerned or helpful in trying to remedy the mistake. Others that that the house was very clean. We loved the home.

Beautiful 3 bedroom townhouse. Three floors and lots of steps but has an elevator. The elevator was great especially to take luggage up to bedrooms and a 9 month old!!
We had to bring a pack and play for the baby and it would have been nice if that would have been provided.
The place appeared to be clean, but for a 9 month old crawling on the floor we realized how dirty the floor was. The floor needs a good scrubbing!!!!
We also had someone from Vacassa just enter through the door that was locked!!!
My daughter in law was there with the baby and heard someone just come in without even knocking. It was a little frightening for her . He said he had to take pictures of the propane tanks and garbage cans and no other explanation! I contacted the company and they basically ignored my concerns!
It seems to me if they need to do something like that at the rental they should contact the renters and let them know and maybe KNOCK FIRST!!!!! We were not very happy about this intrusion!!! And no apology or explanation given! It doesn’t make you feel very safe to know someone has your code to get in!

Awesome Stay!!!
My family and Friends loved our stay at this condo. The condo was very clean, well furnished and had great views from the balconies! We were thrilled to see the additional amenities for the beach as well! From beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, it was all there to make our trips to the beach fun and easy! The bedrooms are very comfortable and the elevator is a HUGE plus to haul luggage up and down! This property is amazing and we are booking again for next year at the same property.

The house is beautiful and so close to beach and has all the amenities. We enjoyed cooking in the spacious kitchen. Grilling outside and eating in the courtyard. The hot tub was a great way to end the day after a at beach

Beautiful Home
We absolutely loved RBV307! The house was super clean and beautifully decorated. There are many things this house has to offer that isn’t mentioned in the posting. We had an issue with the ceiling fan in the master bedroom, Teeming VR sent out Casey to check it out and he did what he could to fix the problem and followed up later in the week. We loved the elevator, it was a surprise…. a much welcomed one when navigating luggage to the 3rd floor bedrooms!

Perfect for us
We loved our stay. The rental was beautiful with great amenities. Very thoughtful in making guests feel welcome and having things to enjoy at the beach and while staying in. We absolutely loved being so close to the beach. We would just load up our beach wagon and walk right over! The view was very nice. My daughters loved that even while they cooked they could see the beach. The elevator was so nice to be able to use even with sleeping babies that needed to be taken up after a day at the beach. This was just perfect for our family.

Great location !

Amazing!
This property is fantastic......what you see is what you get......even that much more! Path to the beach is directly across the street.....very easy access and beautiful white sand. Great spot for a beach vacation! :)

This is a great condo! We loved that it was well stocked with all the beach necessities. While not on the beach, very easy access. We enjoyed the outdoor patio and the hot tub is very nice. I would definitely recommend!
