Overall very nice. Great view. Just what we were looking for. Perfect size. Downsides: 1. Elevator inoperable for two nights and one day. Made going up or down very difficult for a pair of 66 yr old renters. 2. Streaming TV service would randomly cut out. This happened often (at least 10 times) 3. Dishwasher didn’t work- no water came out at all for entire wash cycle. 4. Guest bathroom toilet was not cleaned upon our arrival With that said, we did enjoy the unit and the proximity to the beach.

My husband and I had a wonderful and relaxing stay. Great view from the balcony. Nice hot tub and swimming pool. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance.

Great location excellent communication highly recommended

I’m a young female who stayed at this property alone for two weeks. I arrived in a Lyft. The security guard seemed annoyed that I wouldn’t have a car during my stay and that he had to direct me to the lobby. It wasn’t clear how to get there. Once I got to the lobby, I reached out to customer service about a possible early check in because I was 4 hours early without a car. I was told I’d receive a message at the top of the hour(s) if the room was ready. I never received a message, so I sat in the lobby for 4 hours. At least the lobby was comfortable and every person who walked by was friendly. Once it was check-in time, I went to my room, which was easy to find and enter via keypad, and it was clear the room had been ready for while. I had spent over 7 hours traveling and wasted 4 hours waiting. So that was frustrating. But the room was near perfect. It had everything I needed and was beautifully decorated. For the most part, it was clean. My biggest issue was that the remote for the TV didn’t work and there were no extra batteries. I was told to buy my own, but they would not reimburse travel, so I bought a $5 Roku app. The location was perfect. Locals were kind. There was beach equipment to use. Bed was okay. It was quiet for the most part. Perfect for anyone wanting a relaxing getaway. I would not recommend families with small, loud kids. Most visitors and residents are there for serenity and don’t want to be bothered by screaming. Overall great!

This condo is located at the best location on the beach! We had a great 2 week vacation here!! Condo was clean, view were amazing, sand dollars were everywhere. We will for sure be back!!! The only negative thing about the condo, the parental lock was on the tv and I couldn’t watch my Wednesday night Chicagos!
