We loved our vacation here. We were given all the info we needed to relax and unwind. When we didn't have a code for the gate to the pool, vacasa employees responded to us within minutes. Already talking about our next vacation here!

Was very satisfied with the property. The condo was perfect for our needs and was set up very nice. The view and access to the beach was perfect as well. Would definitely consider going back to the same place in the future. The family had a blast. Thank you!

The views of the Gulf were fantastic and our our elderly parents could enjoy watching us use all the amenities (like tennis and cheer us on ) from the deck!

Good location, beach is nice and Indian Rocks itself is not full of tourist shops, but is close to lots of shopping, restaurants and entertainment.
The unit is dog friendly which was wonderful, but the condo itself is not friendly. Very small strip of poorly taken care of grass that they call the pet area. Feces bag dispenser was empty. Beach does not allow even on leash. Luckily there was a very nice dog park close by across the street from the condo.
Tv was unnecessarily complicated, I am an older person, not tech savvy so some instructions for use would have been welcomed. Some details of local restaurants and shopping would have been helpful. The codes in pool area were changed during our stay which we had to find out from other guest. All bedroom mattresses were very comfortable, pillows in master bedroom are in need of upgrade. Owner has very strict rules about not having doors and windows open for fresh air and thermostat had to be set no lower than 73 degrees which was uncomfortable on some days. Kitchen very well equipped for any kind of cooking.
Overall, the condo was fresh, cute clean and common areas were very well maintained. Probably would not rent again because of dog situation. Would have been helpful to know of the no dog policy on the beach ahead of time.

We stayed here for a week with our three small children and in-laws. The condo was very clean and well stocked. It came with a large locker located right at the beach end of the building with chairs, toys, umbrellas. The outdoor patio furniture was MUCH nicer than any neighboring condos and we enjoyed our morning coffee and evening cocktails outside. We also loved that one of the bedrooms has bunk beds plus a queen sized bed for extra guests. We will most likely continue to rent this condo in the future!

We have stayed at the property multiple times over the last 20 years. Overall stay was good. In general speaking condo was clean. One set of bed sheets had not been washed with a footprint on the sheets and then visually just not looking like they were cleaned prior to making bed. Vacuum was full and needed to be emptied also.

The house was clean and had everything we needed. The outside storage unit has everything we needed for the beach too! Wagon, toys, chairs, umbrellas. Beach was clean and beautiful! Will definitely be back to this area of florida!

The unit is newly renovated and pictures well however this was the worst kitchen I have ever experienced in a rental in this cost category. The kitchen cabinets are original, greasy and cheap. The drawers practically fall out when you open them. I can’t believe they weren’t replaced as part of the renovation. The kitchen plates, utensils, tools, pots and pans were old mismatched and of the cheapest possible quality. Honestly I couldn’t mix my potato salad with the flimsy utensils provided. Wine glasses provided were PLASTIC! As far as the property, the pool is small, a lot smaller than the pictures suggested and the property is showing it’s age. I think 350 a night might have been ok but the 658 per night we paid was totally out of line with the value provided. On a positive note, the beds were comfy and the view was lovely. Sorry to leave such a review but it really was disappointing.

The condo is great -- spacious, clean, well-decorated with easy access to the pool and beach. The only criticisms we have are that the cookware needs to be updated and we found a strange prescription pill in one of the folded up blankets on the bed. Also, they request that you wash your beach towels before you check out, but with a strict 10am check-out, we found this to be kind of a drain on our remaining hours at the condo.

Well appointed and located condo right on Indian Rocks Beach. In a quiet little beach community with easy access to Clearwater and St. Pete. Would definitely stay here again.

This condo was beautiful, fairly clean, close to restaurants, on the beach, and very convenient. However, I left an item there and was happy to pay the $25.00 stated in the agreement to get it back. The lady on the customer service line said, "We have to charge you a non-refundable fee of $25 even if we never locate or ship your item." I was shocked. They send cleaning crews in within 24 hours. We just recently checked out. I had to give up my laptop charger and will order one online---which costs about $20. It just seems a little criminal to me. Rental was good, though!!! Normally I would have been back in a heartbeat!

First the place was clean except all the towels were wet and smelly. Had to rewash. The ice maker did not work and couldn’t get anyone to come and fix it. The last day there we found one of those big cockroaches running around. The view was great, the pool was nice and the beach was incredible.
I’m sorry but for what I paid I was upset and will probably stay somewhere else next time.

Great place to stay! Great location and convenient to local restaurants
Love the nice extra touch of binoculars for dolphin watching.
Nearby (across the street) is quiet nature preserve park that you can take furry friends. There is a boardwalk that winds through the mangroves to the intercoastal side offering a beautiful fishing pier. Manatees show up there on occasion!
The BBQ area was also a nice feature - our unit provided trays and tongs to make things easy. The gas grills were clean and shaded and the pickle ball court was a bonus.
I recommend this place for you and your family.

Was disappointed, unfortunately, in this condo. While it did serve its purpose, it definitely had some negative aspects. Kitchen and baths are updated, but the kitchen cabinets are old and simply painted over, creeky, and did not fit the other updates. Cookware was pretty lousy. Washer/dryer and fridge were nice but for some reason the ice maker wasn’t making ice. AC was set to 78° and took FOREVER to cool down past 75. The view was gorgeous but some thermal curtains would def help keep it cooler, especially with the sunset warming it up in the evening. Very minimal basics like TP, paper towels, etc. We ended up renting baby and child equipment as the condo didn’t provide anything. It would’ve been nice to have outlet covers and maybe child locks on the kitchen cabinets, so we ended up getting our own outlet covers since our little guy was into everything. Beds were pretty comfortable, except most of the pillows were pretty crappy. Also, not enough towels and beach towels for a larger party. Overall, I’d say the condo was just “Meh”.

The place was absolutely amazing. There was an abundance of supplies and the wagon was definitely helpful for the beach and the chairs they had provided. There 8+ beach chairs and 8+ beach towels and even 2 hard top coolers! There’s restaurants within walking distance and it was a quick Uber to Clearwater to do some light shopping.
My two tiny inconveniences: when we started cooking, one of the pans was definitely not cleaned on the outside of it. Honestly it was a quick soap and wash but still, don’t like thinking of that. My second issue would be the lock on the outdoor locker that had all the beach stuff. It definitely needs to be replaced and took us a little longer than normal to be able to get the thing unlocked.
Other than those 2 things, the place was clean, updated, and fully stocked with anything and everything you could possibly need! We really enjoyed our time here. Thanks for having us!

Reef Club 208 will not dissapoint, exceeded all our expectations and more! All amenities were well thought out and provided to guests for the perfect beach getaway. Enjoyed the beautiful sunset out on the comfortable patio furniture overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The tripod binoculars were a nice surprise. Restful sleep on the deluxe memory foam beds provided in each room along with plenty of storage. Access to private beach, pool, hot tub, bbq area and tennis court. Close proximity to a variety of restaurants, shops, nature preserve with boardwalk to pier overlooking the intercoastal side is across the street. Short 15 minute drive to Clearwater Beach and George C. McGough Nature Park in Largo voted #1 by TripAdvisor. The condo perfectly faces the Gulf of Mexico, which is breathtaking and unforgettable.

We loved the location, the view, the amenities, the beds and the space. Everything was great! It was exceptionally clean. The beds were comfortable and smelled so good. There was plenty of space. It was decorated for Fall and it was the extra we needed. The wine fridge was an extra we weren’t expecting. Each bathroom had a bidet, which was an extra we liked. No complaints. There was a cart to help us get groceries upstairs and the elevator was quick. The pool/hot tub area was very well maintained and wonderful to use. Close walk to beach and we could hear the waves crashing on the beach when sitting on the lanai.

Condo was great, spacious, clean nicely furnished had everything we needed. Spectacular sun sets from terrace. Loved the beach, used beach chairs and wagon provided. Will book again.

I will start with the beach. The most peaceful quiet beach with incredible clear water and LOTS of seashells. Location - right off the road with private parking.
Condo- wonderful interior with comfortable beds, super clean, and well stocked.
Our family of five had plenty of space with the three well furnished rooms and two beautiful bathrooms. The beach was beyond our wildest dreams. Clean, warm water, and always clear of people.
Felt like home! Cannot wait to come back to this place!

Great stay!! Clean place! Was updated as the pictures showed. Very close walk to the beach. The beach was awesome during our stay. Our family really enjoyed it and we will look to do again next year!!
