The studio flat was tired and needs a complete update. The balcony door was hard to open and close. Had to get the owner in to help open and shut a few times. My front door had been kicked in by a previous guest and I couldn't close it on the first night after returning, the owner had to come in and fix it the next day. The cupboard for your clothes was hard to open and close and doors were coming off the rails. The shower was tiny, you couldn't swing a cat, water everywhere when showering. Blinds not easy to use got caught and no proper curtains so sun shone through. Pillows were awful, bits of foam cut up and then shoved in a pillow lumpy and hot to sleep on. The fitted sheet wasn't cotton and uncomfortable to sleep on. Kitchen was ok and aircon worked well. All in all I felt for the price I paid it wasn't up to scratch. The property is up a steep hill so hard going walking up and down on foot. Especially when it's hot.

The bathroom floods quite easily

Booked for Hospitality on the Beach 2023 festival. Amazing place to stay, nice terrace area, great host and the festival ground is about 15m by walking.

the property is well located, close to the shops, restaurants and only 15 mins walk to the festival site if that’s what you’re going for. communication was excellent and the hosts lovely.

the bathroom of the studio that we were staying in flooded every single time we had a shower. we tried everything to stop this..you were stepping in water if you wanted to walk into the very tiny bathroom. we were given two small towels when I asked for something to mop it up with- but I didn’t really want our trip to be mopping up water on a bathroom floor. if it was dirt cheap I wouldn’t have minded so much but we were paying similar to friends who had a two bedroom place with a balcony view. granted we did book late with limited options. it also has next to no soundproofing so you’ll hear the other studio occupants very easily. I can’t in all honestly recommend this place even though the hosts were lovely and had good communication. (until they fix the bathroom)

Nice big room with big balcony. Very clean, big room with high ceilings I noticed. Aircon was workong good. 1The hosts were so friendly and helpful. I feel if I needed anything, they would try their best to help me.

There is no safe. The apartment is located on an incline so you have to be fairly fit to walk up to and down from apartment.

Wonderful stay in Tisno! Absolutely recommend, especially if you are in town for festivals at the Garden. Only a 10-15 min walk and the town is a 5 min walk. You have everything you need in the apartment and the view from the balcony is superb! I was able to work from the apartment with great wifi connection, no dropping during calls. The festival site is close so no worries coming back at night! Easy to make a quick trip for a swim in the lake or sun bathing. The host and his wife were welcoming and very responsive if you need anything. Really made the trip.
