We stayed at KEEN Suites-Jesselton Quay with 2 adults and 3 young children, and overall we were very satisfied with our stay. The unit was spacious and comfortable enough for our family. The sea view was beautiful, especially from the higher floor. 🌊 The location was also excellent — very convenient and close to Jesselton Point, Suria Sabah and many shops and food places. We really appreciated having a kitchen and basic cooking facilities, which was very convenient when travelling with young children. The unit was clean and well maintained, and the check-in/check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow.

Nothing major. We had a pleasant stay overall.

Location and the view of the accommodation

There was a strong cockroach repellent smell around the queen bed in the master bedroom, which made me quite difficult to fall asleep

Great location close to shops, waterfront and SICC.

Actually everything was fine. The bed mattress could be better, you could feel the springs.

easy check in and check out.

the homestay was managed by a company. they start business at 10 am and end at 5 pm. if any problem happens before or after these hours, tenant had to wait to be assisted the next day. the parking card expired and I had to pay parking on my own before they renewed the parking card next day.
