We had a wonderful time celebrating our 25th anniversary. The condos beauty is only matched by the view from the balcony. Each room is well appointed with what you need. Many shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Would love to stay there again.

The apartment has amazing views of the ocean. Beautifully decorated . My only concerns that it isn’t children friendly , I couldn’t safely lock the balcony for my 3 year old. We didn’t even have half of paper towel roll. The children room has a draft from the window and kept it cold all night . Mandy was great on communication and took care of couple of issues we had during our stay

This condo has the best views of the beach and is also convenient to CB Lake. It’s well appointed and comfortable. Only word of caution is hot water sometimes takes a few minutes to reach the unit.

We enjoyed our quick trip to the beach in this beautiful beach house. Easy access to the beach is what we were looking for, but wonderful amenities is what we got. Loved having the linen service included. Also there was so much storage for out things so we could avoid feeling like we were living out of a suitcase. Everything worked and was clean. We so enjoyed.

My family (me, wife, son, and dog) stayed at the property in question over the course of a week. The place itself was great, but the best part was the amazing view and short walk to the beach, as well as the general location at Carolina Beach. We really enjoyed our stay, and I would recommend the property to families similar in size as ours. It had everything we needed and it was well furnished. The weather was amazing the week we went, and the beach area in front of our unit was relatively quiet (which was great so we did not have to fight a crowd). I also enjoyed it being close by the lake and walking path across the street, as well as a nearby park (which included a greenway).

This is an amazing property! Perfectly located for any activities or to just relax on the super size deck facing the ocean. It is just as depicted on the booking site. It will not disappoint!

Beautiful condo right in front of the beach exactly as pictured. Owner is very responsible to all my questions and helped us with last minute changes. Will definitely stay here again!

We’ve stayed here three years in a row and it’s been glorious all around

We stayed in Carolina Beach for the first time in 2021. We knew we wanted to come back and bring my parents with us. We were those people who had very specific requirements: top floor so there was no one stomping around above us (which happened the year before but in a different rental), on the beach in case my parents wanted to go to the beach but not walk far, dog friendly, near the lake so we were within walking distance of things, but not so close to the boardwalk that there would be a lot of foot traffic, and (of course) an awesome view. We found all of this and more in this cute condo! The condo was very clean. There’s a lot that I can deal with when we travel, but cleanliness is number one. I bring cleaning supplies with me most places now out of habit, and to clean up after ourselves, but thought their team did a great job prepping for us. There’s a good amount of space depending on how many people you travel with and how much stuff you bring. We had 4 adults and the dog, and we didn’t feel as though we were on top of each other. The deck is huge! I think it was my parents favorite part. The kitchen had all utensils and cookware we needed as we ate in several nights and breakfast most mornings. There’s a pool if you aren’t interested in the beach, it is on the smaller side, but it’s perfect for reading and/or cooling off after the beach. There are lockers down by where you park. The host provided several beach chairs, and an umbrella. Unfortunately, someone broke their umbrella and we weren’t able to use it, but it didn’t put a damper on our visit at all. We were so happy to be able to sit on the beach every day and only have a short walk back. Dogs are allowed on the beach before 9 AM and after 5 PM if your furry friend likes the beach. Parking can be a bit tight left to right if you have a larger vehicle, but there’s plenty of room to not pull all the way in, but also not be on the street. The stairs can be tough after a long morning/afternoon on the beach, but we took it as an opportunity to get our steps in. There’s lots to do within walking distance, the boardwalk, the farmers market at the lake on Saturdays, as well as additional restaurants. Fireworks are every Thursday evening. Host was super communicative which was awesome. We had no issues, but they let us know when the cable was supposed to be out overnight just in case. All the details for check-in and check-out were provided so we had no question about that.

We had a great stay here. The condo was clean, comfy and photos accurately showed what to expect from the property. Super convenient to access all Carolina Beach has to offer. Owner Mandy was super fast with communication when we had a little issue with the locks while checking out. Thank you for a great beachy week!

Great condo, perfect location , pet friendly, and we can take our dog to the beach everyday before 9 am and after 5 pm ✓✓✓ honest hosts( VRBO took a little extra money out at booking "I never noticed " host notified and refunded me) little things like that mean a lot to us. The condo was definitely a home away from home! Everything you could possibly need was furnished, including beach/water toys! The beds were comfy - though I would prefer a queen and a twin instead of 2 twin beds but all was still perfect. The desk was huge with plenty of chairs and we were right on the beach! Beware it is three floors with no elevator but it's a great workout :) Hosts were very attentive and responsive.

Overall, very nice stay. Outstanding view of the ocean! No complaints at all but just a couple of points to note. Underestimated the stairs. 42 up, 42 down. If you’re in and out frequently it adds up quick. The balcony is nice but has no overhead covering. Other than early morning or after dark, decking and chairs get too hot to stand or sit on. And lastly, wasn’t a surprise that the parking space was small as it was advertised, however in my opinion the reality is there is physically no way to park under the building in either spot and open the doors on ANY vehicle.

Brenda was great to communicate with prior to our stay and everything was perfect once we got there, so we didn't communicate while we were there. "Check in" was super easy and smooth!! Just be super careful in the parking spot if you have a large car as it is a bit tight. We wish we could have stayed longer, and we hope to return soon!! Thank you Brenda and Michael!

We loved the view from the property. The interior was nicely coordinated. Everything was in right working order and clean. The room at 3rd floor requires 3 stories step though, we got nice view and free from noise from above in return. We do consider coming back here again.

The three of us, plus our super well behaved dog who loved condo, really enjoyed the place! Great view. Perfect size. Superb location! Being beachfront AND on the lake for little walks was just awesome. And so easy to get into “town”. Brenda was super responsive when we had a hiccup with the a/c, fixed in 12 hrs. Excellent customer service.
