Let me first start by saying that contacting the host before arrival and chatting with him was a breeze, very comfortable. The pool was 100% the vibe. I rented this place so that my son could truly enjoy his 16th birthday and the pool did not disappoint. The house on its own was quite comfortable and very roomy. We enjoyed the house immensely.

We got lost trying to find the place and the call to obtain directions, the gentleman was a bit rough. There was a slight issue on arrival but it was quickly sorted.

Location is ok but need a car to get around.

Facilities are not maintained and looked after adequately. A lot of toilet leaks throughout first week and roof leaked when raining. Grass uncut on decking, Staines on sofas, bed sheets looked cleaned but had orange stains in indication how old they are.

It's a lovely spacious home with great eating areas outside, the pool and the loungers washing facilities you can dry clothes in and outside of the home fantasic . The views of the ocean from the property, great good location.

Beautiful home, close to ocean, excellent location...10 mins to Oistin's! Outdoor pool & outdoor seating with great views.

Accommodation was very spacious and met the needs of our family. Great communication with our hosts at all times. Having a beach nearby was a real bonus. Also, in a safe and lovely area.

We needed a car to get around but not really a problem as there were a few drivers in our group who hired a couple of cars.

Was a nice big spacious house with an amazing big pool in the back garden. Had all the facilities you would would need including plenty clean towels and bedding available. We had a lovely view of the beach and sea outside the front of the house which could be seen from the two top bedroom balconies and the outside table and chairs area. Perfect area close to oistins and the main strip in Christ church. Plenty shops close by and access to a beach which was a 5 min walk from the property. Plenty lounge chairs and a big decking area for sun bathing and relaxing, bbq at the property where we were able to cook and eat outside. Drive way big enough for 2/3 cars and a garage available. Fully stocked kitchen with all the utensils you would need to cook and an amazing ice maker in the freezer which came handy. The house manager and owners were very responsive and friendly, provided a fantastic service! no faults or complaints. Would definitely stay there again.

The main bedroom balcony door did not open so we was unable to use it. The dining room doors to the patio also didn’t open but there double doors from the lounge area which were able to use just fine.
