Very great host was super helpful

The property was spacious. I was traveling with a group of 16 friends and we had more than enough room. The host were great. They helped us throughout the way with restaurant reservations and helped us get a chef for two meals which was amazing! Jonathan was great and responsive and able to help with any small issues that arrived.

The only thing that would be helpful is a smart lock or 2 sets of keys. But I would stay again.

We were able to find everything we needed at any time. All rooms, kitchen, bathrooms, living room and other were equipped, also there are different stores and options for having a good dinner or lunch nearby. I found it to be one of the best price-quality options and don't regret about my decision, I would definitely recommend staying in Zalama if your plan is to enjoy Tulum. Getting to the beach is also pretty easy and fast, but the best thing was that we could reserve with a travel agency around there and enjoy of different experiences. Everything looks like the pictures. The place is big and fully equipped. My family and I had an excellent experience and could enjoy both the beach and the house. I would rent it again next time. Thanks for your help and recommendations. Hope to see you again soon.
