Really nice bungalows in Ao Nang - about a 10 minute walk from the city beaches and less than that from the "downtown". Good location in my opinion - you're close enough to everything but not in the loud and busy area exactly. I was not impressed with Ao Nang, though - it is CROWDED with loud English-yelling tourists and reminds me of some of the worst areas of Phuket, such as Patong. However, Pagi Pagi is a good option to stay here if you are planning to go on day trips and visit some beaches outside of the city center - for that purpose, I would stay here again. Bungalow was spacious, well air-conditioned, WiFi worked well, staff was helpful, so everything fulfilled my expectations.

The only issue I had during my stay here had to do with a day trip I booked through the hotel. I made two mistakes: 1. The town is overrun by tourists and travel agencies and kiosks selling tours etc that I decided to just book through the hotel and avoid the hassle of selecting thee best tour operator. They had a bunch of brochures at the reception, I wanted to take a long boat through the mangroves in Krabi town and made it a point I was NOT interested in any kayaking, just sightseeing around the mangroves and the karst formations, on my last day there. Long story short - it turned out to be a disaster. I was picked up by the "operator" and dropped off at the kayaking area. I assumed we might have been dropping off the other tourists who actually wanted to go kayaking and then dropping me off to Krabi, but no - I was informed, once we disembarked, that I can either go kayaking of wait for a couple of hours for them to come back, since they did not have enough tourists for the mangrove-trip and decided to cancel it, and THEN be dropped off back to the hotel. They were just smuggly smiling about their business while I was furious, and only reacted once I called the hotel and asked to be dropped off back at the hotel, so my last day would not be completely wasted. So - pay attention if you book daytrips through the hotel reception. I asked them to remove the brochures of the said "tour operator", but not sure if they actually did it, because I was leaving the next morning. The hotel staff was great - they apologized, gave me the money back immediately, so that is why I gave the hotel a high rating, despite this problem. I forgot to take the picture of the brochure, unfortunately.

Very nice check in with cold drink handed to us straight away. Lady on reception couldn’t have been more helpful, ordering tuk tuk 🛺 for the following morning to get to the Pier for our boat. Nice little touches in room like teeth kit. Central for all bars and restaurants and getting boats to islands .

Wi-Fi was a bit slow but no major issue, windows would be better with a bit of a privacy blind/net.

If you are going to Krabi you should definitely stay in this property. You get all you need for a fair price, the stuff is incredibly kind and helpful, the rooms super comfortable, the place super beautiful to make you feel like at home, and the location the most convenient and safe you can have in that area. We absolutely loved it!

That we could not find more availability to stay longer, it was always fully booked! No wonder why :)

Les bungalows sont magnifiques et propres, les lits confortables et une armoire pour ranger nos affaires. Mention spécial au personnel souriant qui prenait du temps pour discuter et nous renseigner sur les lieux à visiter ou autre.

Complejo de cabañas muy lindo, tranquilo, bien ubicado, con restaurantes y tiendas cerca. El personal muy amable, tiene recepción 24 hs., nos permitieron bañarnos y vestirnos horas más tardes de haber hecho el check out. La habitación muy confortable, con cama cómoda, aire acondicionado y mosquitero. Súper recomendable!

Был рад снова вернуться в Pagi Pagi, сотрудники как всегда лучшие! За последний год ребята внесли много изменений, появились одноразовые тапочки, новые холодильники. В прокат закупили новые мотобайки, открыли прокат велосипедов! Сервис лучше чем в пятизвездочном отеле, был рад увидеть старых и познакомиться с новыми сотрудниками! Спасибо, обязательно вернусь еще раз!

This place is located very close from the centre. The receptionist was very polite and helpful. The room itself is quite basic but this was all what we needed.

It is loud at night and the noise kept me awake.

Funcionários muito gentis, com um excelente inglês! Nos receberam com um prato repleto de frutas deliciosas! Ofereceram um panfleto com dicas de passeios e restaurantes que salvou nossos dias (tudo que indicaram foi maravilhoso! Montamos nosso roteiro de acordo com as dicas deles!) Aluguel de moto no próprio local, muito barato, rápido e fácil. Localização super central, fácil de ir a pé para as praias, mercados e lojinhas. Silencioso, dormimos muito bem. Todos os dias deixavam água disponível para nós no quarto! Gatinhos lindos por toda parte! 😍

Идеальная локация, рядом много кафе и баров, но в самом отеле тихо и спокойно. В 3 минутах ходьбы причал с лодками до островов. Чисто, очень удобно, что в наличии сразу шампуни, зубная щетка и всё необходимое для комфортного проживания, включая полотенца для пляжа. Еще отмечу очень удобную большую кровать. Большой плюс - в отеле можно забронировать экскурсии на острова, мы ездили на Пхи-Пхи, по цене получилось ниже, чем в соседних агентствах. Есть аренда мопедов, велосипедов и можно заказать трансфер куда необходимо на авто.

Расположение неплохое, рядом кафе и рестораны, ночной рынок. До пляжей в обе стороны пешком 10-15 мин. Приветливый персонал. Подойдет на несколько ночей для знакомства с городом.

Выбирали отель, ориентируясь на отзывы - зеленая территория, как за городом, как в джунглях и пр... На деле крохотная территория с несколькими деревьями. Отель расположен между двумя дорогами и небольшой речушкой, слышен уличный шум, особенно ночью. Имейте в виду, что дом с 1 спальней это не отдельно стоящий домик, а один из номеров в строении (2 либо 3 номера), имеющий общие стены с соседями. Дом для отпуска (с птичками) -единственный отдельно стоящий домик. Звукоизоляции ноль, и если кому то из ваших соседей взбредет в голову в шесть утра поговорить по телефону сидя на крылечке - со сном можете попрощаться. В доме для отпуска заявлены две односпальные и одна очень большая! двуспальная кровать. По факту односпальные ужасно скрипучие кровати, спать на них невозможно, двуспальная - это просто матрас на небольшом подиуме, шириной 140 см, на нем и спали.

Die Bäume vor dem Bungalow sind sehr hell angestrahlt in der Nacht. Kann man jedoch ausschalten. Wir empfehlen gleich alle um den eigenen Bungalow auszumachen, da es durch die Fenster reinleuchtet. Aber kein Problem, sonst alles top.

Cozy bungalow with air conditioning and everything you need! The location is a 7 Minute walk from Ao Nang beach, so it‘s really convenient. Great value. The staff is excellent! We were able to rent a scooter and also had our laundry done. They were extremely forthcoming, accommodating and kind. I would go back in a heartbeat!
