Super location, close to the centre and steps away from the ferry terminal
The air conditioning was only mildly effective!

Good location, comfortable room, clean and helpful staff.
We found breakfast on our first day to be average. One lady running from the top terrace to wherever the kitchen was so felt it was understaffed maybe. And tea and coffee in our room was very limited and we only had glasses instead of cups and one cracked with the boiling water! So we went out in mornings for breakfast instead.

Nice lobby furniture, friendly staff at front desk, good bedroom decor
Need full length mirror, tissue paper for nose, small washcloth towels, sign with prices for mini bar, small wine bottles. Eggs overcooked in breakfast buffet

The hotel itself was in a perfect location, with easy access to everything I was looking for, from the pier to some amazing restaurants.
The room was in excellent condition, with a very comfortable bed.
For me, the breakfast was rather poor; I was expecting better given the hotel’s star rating. There was no fresh sliced fruit, and there wasn’t much variety. It simply fell well short of expectations.
It would also have been nice to have a bar or a lounge area where guests could relax without having to leave the hotel.
