our only one fault is we find it very cold the heating seems to go off very early in the morning and in the evening especially in the main living area downstairs we had to bring throws down from upstairs as it was uncomfortable

The cottage was in easy reach of everything, which enabled me to explore Dawlish at my leisure.

Excellent location in easy reach of town centre but far enough away to be quiet. Designated off street parking, very clean and well appointed. Great room arrangement suited us well.

Needs hand towels, instructions on how to set up the TV and a have a freezer. But those were the only issues.

The location was perfect as my elderly dad lives 3 minutes away - on first impressions so clean and tidy with everything to make it feel home from home

The only negative comment if i had one would be the heating - as it was programmed we found it very cold at the times it needed to be warm early evening and first thing in the morning it never came on until late
