Spent the week at Bearly A view and truly enjoyed our visit. This cabin is the best supplied vacation rental we’ve stayed at. We were in need of really nothing. Kitchen well equipped with quality items.
Towels and bedding were top notch. TVs and internet worked well. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.
Small lake within a couple minutes drive to swim or fish. The community is gated. Nice and secure.

The cabin was spectacular! Everything we needed was on site. Ample room for our party of 7, plenty of parking. In close proximity to just about everything.

We enjoyed our stay at Bearly a View very much! It was a perfect family vacation. The house has everything you need. It was clean, spacious, quiet and relaxing. The kitchen was supplied with every pot, pan or appliance you need. Our kids enjoyed the pool table, hot tub and the lake was perfect to use the paddle boards that we brought along. The property manager was very helpful when we had questions and responded immediately. The location was perfect. We spent a day at Chimney Rock and another day went to Biltmore Estate in Asheville which was 45 minutes away. We would definitely stay here again!!

We like the proximity to several golf courses. The private beach and swimming hole within River Bend were a plus if bringing children or dogs. Our home was clean, well stocked...huge kitchen. The screened in porch was a plus. The master king bed is losing its support and would benefit from a new , perhaps firmer mattress. We will return to this house again. Our property manager was friendly, helpful and available.

This was a beautiful property. Perfect for our lifelong golfing foursome. Close to everywhere we wanted to be. Very good communication with the property manager. Everything you need for a family or friends get away.

The pictures do no justice . This home is immaculate. We stay at many mountain homes and it’s been the best ever . Gorgeous , clean, well stocked . Every room and bed super comfortable. Every detail was incredibly nice. Great responsive management. Close to everything. What an amazing time . We will visit again and again! 10 stars out of five !!!

We’ve stayed at this property 3 of the 4 past trips to the NC Mountains. House is always clean and as advertised. Hope to make another trip next year!

Beautiful home, well-equipped and very clean. Plenty of space and good sleeping arrangements for our group of 10. The grandparents had difficulty with navigating in and out of the neighborhood, and the steps were tougher for them. Otherwise our stat was great!

This was our third year renting this cabin. It had plenty of room for 4 couples with lots of privacy. Very well stocked. Easy access to towns and activities. Awesome breweries. Making plans for year 4!

Wonderful family retreat
We enjoyed our stay at “Bearly a View” a lot! Everything you need was there, it felt like your were at home between the throw blankets on the couches, to the fully stocked kitchen and linen closets. Everything was great! Just a warning about the road to the house, it’s unpaved gravel. Very steep at times and sharp turns. The driveway is a challenge. We drove our Toyota Sequoia and it struggled. Our son has a Prius and it could not get all the way up, they had to park on the lower level. The roads all around the area are the craziest, windiest roads I’ve ever been on.
We rented a pontoon boat from a Lake Lure Adventures (about 10 minutes from house), highly recommend! Make a reservation they book fast. The lake is beautiful.
In summary, the house is awesome and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

We had a terrific time at this home. We love the North Carolina mountains and Lake lure area. The gated community was a nice touch and it was easily accessible for us. The home had everything you could need. It was very large. We used the upper floor for our sons family with two small children. The pool table and noisiest area was in the basement. That worked very well for us. The kitchen has every upgraded appliance and small appliance possible. There is nothing you need. The driveway is very steep. It was a little difficult the first time we drove up it. We learned to use low gear and it was fine.
We had to call the management company about using the dishwasher. It was just a nicer type that we had ever seen. Once we learned how to use it, all went well.

The home was lovely- exceptionally clean and well appointed-especially the kitchen! It had everything you would want for a gourmet cook- and then some. We very much enjoyed staying there- except for the stairs! Carrying luggage and groceries up 20 steps to the main floor was a real pain for my husbands knees. I was mislead by the picture of the front door with just a few steps. Unfortunately you could not drive to it. If the driveway had come all the way around to the front door this place would get top rating and we would be back. Would recommend with the warning of the stairs

Beautiful Cabin
Wonderful stay for my sister's 40th. Beautiful views & relaxing location. Extremely clean. Only disappointment was the hot tub was extremely foamy, head rests were disintegrating, and we worried about getting in it again after the first night. That's one of the main attractions for us but we were unable to use it. I wished the property manager would have provided better assistance to our concerns.

We stayed for 4 nights with my sisters family for a mini-vacation and had the best time! The property is gorgeous, roomy, and very well kept. Lots of spaces to sit and relax, fully stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds, and our kids (aged 8-14) loved the pool table and board games in the downstairs space, and of course the hot tub! We spent time at the lake near the property, which was perfect for a quiet day, and also drove into Lake Lure beach to rent paddle boards and pontoon boats for a more adventurous day. Really just a lovely spot. We would book again in a heartbeat!

Oh my goodness, I can't say enough about this property! Amazing views in a clean and comfy cabin in the mountains! The amenities, quick access to water sports, fishing, and swimming were so convenient. The entire family loved it and felt right at home! We can't wait to return for the next trip!

Reviews always say “this house was fully stocked”, this one really was. Every kind of plate, pan, utensil you would need. Also had spices, olive oil, syrup, etc. Neighborhood is only 3 miles from the nearby Ingles supermarket. Subdivision also has its own lake and the Broad River also goes through it and they have their own marked off swimming area. Roads are gravel but any car can make it around. First time you drive in make sure you follow the directions exactly, we made a wrong turn. Key is at the big lake to go straight and not left on Rainbow Circle. Very quiet and peaceful up at the house. Saw deer every day, kids even say they saw a bear but not totally sure about that.

It was very nice and each bedroom had their own bathroom.
They were well stocked with kitchen items. We had plenty of room to spread apart. Will rent again.
