This boutique hotel is amazing in every aspect you might think of. The location is great, within walking distance from the center yet in a calm and nice neighborhood. Beautiful and well-thought design and decoration all over the property: building facade, pool area, rooms, etc. Our balcony had a great see view. The room was very clean and the provided facilities are exceptional: absolutely exceeded our expectations. The air-conditioner was one of the best I have ever experienced: silent, efficient and adjustable. Parking area is available at the property. Breakfast quality and diversity as well as service were great. Last but not least: the staff are absolutely amazing people: friendly, helpful, accommodating and genuinely kind. Will definitely go back to this place if ever again in Kas: very highly recommended.

Staff is very friendly. Location is superb. Free car park is available in front of the hotel. 5 mins walk to center. Scenery is perfect. All of Kaş and bay can be seen from the hotel. Room is spacious and very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

I liked everything. It should be keep in mind that entrance of the hotel has some stairs in case you have wheelchair or trouble with climbing stairs.

A small boutique family-run hotel that deserves 5 stars. I would like to thank Mr. Kemal, who runs the hotel, for a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms are very beautiful with a beautiful view and a balcony and have everything you need for a pleasant holiday. The location of the hotel is excellent and the hotel has private parking which is a big plus in Kas. I would especially like to point out the really excellent home-made breakfast prepared by Kemal's wife. The breakfast area is next to the pool and has a beautiful sea view.

I have travelled quite much and can say that this hotel was one of the best on my way. It was was very clean, amazing breakfast, and the view is just so beautiful. I would put 15 points from 10.

The hotel is very comfortable and stylish, with beautiful view, delicious breakfast and high customer service. We enjoyed our time there tremendously and surely come back later for longer period of time!

Everything was great. Very nice location just 5 minutes walk to the old center with many restaurants, bars and shops. The room was big enough, very clean and with the nice view to the sea and islands. Good breakfast. For car travelers should be important that the hotel has comfortable parking for visitors. We absolutely loved it!

We stayed eight nights at the delightful boutique hotel Aysima overlooking Kas and the islands offshore. It is a family hotel run and every member of the family very friendly and helpful. Most of the rooms have balconies overlooking Kas and the sea. The rooms and bathrooms are well appointed. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and we slept well each night. It is an easy walk down the hill into town, and the walk back up the hill will help you digest the wonderful dinner you have eaten, although there are economical taxis available if you prefer. The breakfasts were delicious and there were numerous choices cooked in house each morning. We would rate the breakfasts and the hotel a 10 on a scale of 10. We would definitely stay at Hotel Aysima again.

The location of the hotel is great. The view from the room and pool area is awesome. The staff was always very kind and were always available when you needed them. Breakfast was also exceptional.

We paid extra for a room with jacuzzi. The jacuzzi control panel was completely broken and therefore we didn't even try to use it. Personally, we weren't even sure about using it because of the waste of water, but still if you charge for it, it should work! The toilet had some annoying quirks: the toilet paper was annoyingly placed in a tight and narrow spot making it incredibly hard to reach every single time. The shower was the other (less) annoying thing. It had separate controls for hot and cold water. Was looking solid and classy but if you wanted to stop it shortly in order to save water, it was almost impossible to set it back to the previous setting without getting boiled or frozen by the incoming water.

Staff was perfect and lovely, they are trying their best to make your holiday perfect and they achieved that. Rooms were clean and big, sea view rooms have amazing view and you can see whole city and sea from balcony. Breakfast was amazing, everything they offer was in perfect quality and very tasty. 5 min walk to city center. Do not search another hotel if you wanna stay in Kas

The hotel is located near a mountain with stunning views on sea and town. The hotel is run by a family, they are lovely and attentive. Breakfast was delicious, every day there was something new. The hotel is new, stylish, clean. We were there for nine nights and we didn't want to leave. I recommend it, you wont't find better place in the city.
