There was no stay due to owner booking it twice . We were even given a code to get the key which did not work . The next

Nothing we arrived at the property to be told the property was damaged and the booking is cancelled. We then spoke to someone there who had booked the same property. He let my daughter in to take a picture which showed no damage . This was fraud she should not be allowed to do this . The photos are at the property who the person staying there let us take . We had to get another hotel which cost us more .

DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY

Nothing - I did not get in to the property

This is basically a scam. I heard nothing from the property until a couple of hours before I was due to check in, when they contacted me to say that it wasn't available and to try to offer me an alternative. Reading previous reviews I see that this is a pattern and has happened before. They then tried to persuade me to cancel the booking, rather than them doing it. The property is also listed twice on booking.com's system. Look for it under 4 Mellors Court. It's the same picture, but with a terrible average review score and lots of horror stories. Needless to say I am chasing booking.com for a full refund, and to try to get them to explain why this property has not been removed and the owner banned.

worst, scammers,...

Nothing, as the owner of the property scammed me. I was on a business trip, and I needed a place closer to my place of work; he sent me a message before the check-in time, telling me that the property was not ready for that day, but I could stay in one of his other properties while he is sorting out the issue with the property. I agreed since he said it would be for only one night, and then I could spend the remaining night at my chosen property. Meanwhile, the property was miles away from my place of work, but I thought it was for one night only; once I got there, I was so disappointed by the condition of the bedroom. First, the sheets were dirty and smelly with hair and crumbs of chips on the bed; the bath was filthy with a brown colour all over the tub. I was disgusted. I sent him a message about it immediately, and he never responded, nor the day after. I had to call booking.com, and they said I should remain in the property for the remaining days since the owner was not responding. PS: Booking.com has the worst customer service ever, and I am advising anyone to be careful when placing a reservation.

Easy, close to town centre and castle. Smart looking flat.

Easy to book, excellent communication from host, great kitchen, fantastic location. Flat looked nice. Good TV and wifi. Nice bath. Warm - appreciated that. Parking is off road - (this was behind the property - you will need directions to find it - it’s not on the main road). Overall a good stay.

The mattress was pretty thin and soft. I think it’s time for a new one :-)

Easy to book, excellent communication from host, great kitchen, fantastic location. Flat looked nice. Good TV and wifi. Nice bath. Warm - appreciated that. Parking is off road - (this was behind the property - you will need directions to find it - it’s not on the main road). Overall a good stay.

The kitchen was lovely & they had made it look nice. great location

Entrance doesn’t look the nicest, and appears you are amongst people that actually live there who weren’t overly impressed it’s booked out, if you stay here bare in mind you need to be quiet really quiet or the neighbours do come knocking. tv had to go of by 9pm and whispered voices. the sofa bed is extremely small & uncomfortable and flips easy.
