The house no has heat in the second floor, in the winter that is crazy and please don’t rent this house like that again because it’s not good for the costumer like my so sorry but is real !!!!!

The furniture was very minimal and not comfortable. The kitchen was pretty well equipped but missing things like potato peelers etc. The house is on a main road so can be very noisy.
Our first encounter was that the door codes did not work. We called several numbers to get the property manager who accused us of breaking into the home. Some serious miscommunications between the local and national companies.

We had a great time staying at this property. The location and view of the water was great. The house was perfect for our group size and there was lots of room in the house to feel comfortable. This is the second time visiting Tiverton for a tournament that my son was in and we absolutely love the area. Cute coffee shops, lots of places to walk and plenty nearby to explore. We loved the Black Goose Cafe! We look forward to visiting again and would love to rent this house again.

Beautiful house and they were kind enough to let us stay a little later because our flight didn’t leave till later that day.

The house was very nice and had a great location. There was no shampoo or conditioner provided and some of the guests were expecting it and did not bring their own. The trash outside was full so we could not throw our trash out. We used the one roll of paper towels and then there were no others. There were no ice cube trays available for use. Other than that it was a great house and we really enjoyed staying there a lot.

House could have been a lot cleaner. Bed sheets didn’t seem like they were clean. There were dead bugs & cobwebs along the wood work. Patio set was dirty & outdoor table was broken. One of the bedroom door’s hinges was off so difficult to open & close. House definitely needs some attention.

The house was not what we expected based on the pictures. It's in bad shape, has a fly problem, and the furniture, decor, and kitchen equipment is either missing or cheap.

Location was beautiful. Busy road in front but view was perfect. Just so you know the house doesn’t have a number on it so kind of hard to identify. House was a-bit lacking, only 2 pots and one being a lobster pot and one small one. Also no wine glasses. Loved the coffee shop down the street.

The property is amazing and the view into the bay is beautiful. We had plenty of room for our family of six. The appliances are all new and made for easy food prepping and clean up. Lots of space to spread out and relax. Highly recommend for a fairly large group or family like ours.

The house is a great place to stay for a visit to Newport. Kids enjoyed playing games that were there in the sunroom. Beautiful views.

We loved our stay and the place; still have these suggestions: need bigger and more rugs to absorb the sound; more dishes; wash cloths; and night stands by the bed in the primary bedroom upstairs. Thanks!!

The house is a rustic beach house that has been completely renovated! The inside is huge! The kitchen/dining room/ sitting area looked over the ocean. The view was breathtaking! The huge master bedroom upstairs had a nice large sitting area, looking over the ocean. All the bathrooms were super clean. We will definitely go back! One of coolest things all 3 bedrooms had blue tooth speakers, with each controls to listen to what you wanted! I’ll also add we had a concern, I called the property manager, he answered right away and took care of it! All around amazing experience!
