Such a great place! Perfect distance from town. Clean, well stocked. We will definitely be back!

Other than a couple of minor cleaning issues…a very nice place to stay for a couple near downtown Sisters. Great for guests with pets….since there’s a fenced backyard and a concrete floor in case of any pet accidents inside. All in all we’ll recommended, and fairly priced!

The place was clean. Location for what we wanted to do was ideal.

Warm even in subzero temps

We arrived late at night (11:30pm) and the lock wasn’t working, called customer service and the recorded message said they were experiencing high call volumes and to check FAQ’s and/or text for a faster response. FAQ’s had several locks with instructions, but not our lock. The text response came 6 hours later at 5:30 am. However, in the mean time my son arrived and got lucky with the lock. I say got lucky because this wasn’t the first time we got locked out. The unit itself sleeps 4, but only 1 blanket was provided. It may have been more comfortable to sleep on the cement floor than the rock hard bed, I don’t know because I didn’t actually test that theory. You would think the lack of air conditioning on 95 degree days would be a problem, but actually it was quite pleasant because it cooled off outside so much at night and there were only a very few hours of direct sunlight throughout the day. We did end up purchasing a fan to help with air flow, but again, lack of A/C, not a problem. On the day that we again experienced lock problems we called customer service. They answered this time, but the poor girl did not have enough information about the property. She told me to look for a back up lock box, I did so and found it, but her code didn’t work. She tried to guide me on how to use it properly, but that was not the issue. Turns out there are 3 hidden lock boxes and the 3rd one did the trick. Had the call center helper had more information our interaction would have been less frustrating for both of us. She was lovely and not at all the problem. When people arrived in the adjoining unit their shower and laundry activity was quite loud. The burner on the BBQ is nearly rusted out, but 1/2 of it worked and we were able to use it. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs.

We used our Jefferson Hideaway room as a “base camp” to explore the Sisters/ Redmond /Bend area.
