It was clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful beach and nice pool.

The place was nice and clean. It is on the small size. Perfect for a couple even though it could technically sleep 4, it would be a bit tight for that many people. We had 3 adults and it was a bit snug, one more person would have made it seem very crowded. Plenty of clean towels and beach towels. No toiletries, so be prepared to bring your own. Check-in/out instructions were clear to get the keys and drop them off. Thank you.

Overall a lovely comfortable place ocean front. There is no balcony for viewing the ocean - overall comfortable nice place and would recommend this unit.

The property was a bit on the shabby side. It has been well used and needs a little sprucing up (i.e. the faucet on the bathroom sink needs to be replaced. The hot water knob is missing and has a screw in it's place). This would have all been okay if it was really clean, but it wasn't. The whole place needs a thorough scrubbing. Also, check-in was a bit confusing. There are two sets of lock boxes at the property. The correct box is not clearly marked. A picture was included with the check-in information but didn't display in the email from VRBO, it only displayed on the website. Without the picture, there is no hope in finding the correct lock box as the written description was not really accurate. Luckily we figured it out after a few stressful moments. With all that said, it's not a bad place. The pool is lovely and the location is pefect. It's on a nice quiet section of Ocean Dr. and the beach is just steps away from the pool. Also, having free chairs and an umbrella every day from Esteban's is a great bonus.
