My husband, 15 year old son and I stayed at the property for 3 days. It was a perfect getaway! The condo is absolutely beautiful! The decor is adorable and felt very "beachy". We found everything to be super clean. I'm usually very stressed about the cleanliness or lack of when i stay away from home. We've had bad experiences in the past. But i was able to relax and feel very comfortable here. The cleaning crew is doing a great job! The view was perfect for some people watching and my son enjoyed sitting on the balcony playing his guitar. We were just a short walk from everything we love in downtown Traverse...shopping, restaurants, and the beach! It was very convenient to park the car in the parking lot and walk everywhere. My husband thought it was a little loud at night with street and alley noise, but that was a small price to pay for the great location. I wish we could have stayed longer as it was just a very peaceful visit!

Everything about our stay was great. Katy was very responsive and helpful. The condo was great; better than advertised, very clean and great location. One block from the beach, lots of restaurants and shops very accessible. Great place for the adults and our toddlers. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed in traverse city for 2 nights and this place was fabulous. Just as pictured, spacious, clean and a perfect location to walk downtown. My partner and I stayed here with my parents and we had plenty of room and everything we needed. We would absolutely stay again.

Perfect location

My husband, kids and I took a quick trip to Traverse City for Spring break. We found the cutest condo right downtown. I loved that you needed a code to get into the building! It was the perfect place for a family of 4. We all had our space and so many shops/restaurants within walking distance from the condo. Everything was clean and had everything we needed. The view was pretty great from the balcony!

It was sooo easy! Everything in walking distance ! The condo was immaculate and beautiful! The management team was super quick to respond to any questions, as well. Only thing that was rough was the early morning garbage trucks both mornings ... bring a white noise machine! But I will not hesitate to stay here again!
