Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The owner couple were so friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home throughout our stay. Their hospitality was truly excellent. The laundry service was also wonderful and very convenient. The hotel is located in a calm and peaceful area, perfect for a relaxing stay. Highly recommended!

nichts.

The accommodation is in a great location, the staff are very friendly, and the room was nice. Excellent value for money.

Nothing

The hostess was very polite, but beyond that, there’s not much else you can expect.

I stayed at a property located inside the Phu Quoc Night Market, which is in a pedestrian-only area. This means cars cannot enter, so if you're traveling with luggage—and especially if it happens to be raining—it can be quite inconvenient and challenging to reach the property. I had booked a room for four people, but the amenities provided were only enough for two. The toiletries were also an odd assortment of small, mismatched packages. The room itself was extremely small—so small that we couldn't even fully open a suitcase. Since the room size wasn’t mentioned on the booking site, this was quite unexpected. The bathroom light kept flickering, and the water pressure was very low. Worst of all, even after informing the staff, there was still no hot water. The electric fan in the room made constant noise throughout the night, making it nearly impossible to sleep. To make matters worse, I had an early flight the next morning, but found the main entrance locked when I tried to leave. No one had informed me beforehand about how to open the gate, and I was lucky I had planned extra time to get to the airport. Overall, given the price, it's hard to expect much. This place might work for budget backpackers, but if you're looking for a convenient stopover before a flight, you may want to reconsider.
