I have stayed in many homes in this area at holiday isle and have to say the outdoor space was the best we have stayed at. The large pool was a big plus for my family and friends that stayed there. The house was spacious and accommodating for adults and kids. The only suggestion that would have made this perfect is an upright/chest freezer for bait and Ice as we were constantly having to make a run to the store for ice for drinks, boat etc...An ice machine would be great too! Overall it was a great house and you wont be disappointed.

The family had a great time, so much to do on property. The boys and men loved having the dock to fish. They have a little bit of everything there. The owner was great and very friendly. Wish I could have meet him in person.

This was the perfect house and location for our family vacation! Plenty of room, close to beach, and the bikes were great to get to stores. Also very easy to communicate with property manager, and could expect a prompt response. Will consider this property again in the future!

We chose this house for the location and all the great amenities. The location was a block from the most beautiful beach with very fine white sand and amazing water. Located on the harbor with a nice dock for fishing, relaxing, kayaking, or water taxi pick up/drop off. 5 kayaks available on the property to use with life jackets! The pool was heated and hot tub was perfect for those cooler days in March. We all had a great time using the sand volleyball court. Occasionally the ball would go in the water but easy to fish out. There are two propane fire pits that were nice to use with plenty of seating around them. There was so much to do on the property and beach that we really didn’t need to venture out much. Located very close to Windixie grocery store and Target. We also had everything we needed for cooking in the kitchen. Bedrooms were all very nice and beds very comfortable. The living room was a great space to gather and watch the basketball tournament or have family game night. We really had a great time and i definitely recommend this property for large groups!

We had 12 people staying at this property, and there was plenty of space. The 5 adults stayed upstairs and the 7 teens had the downstairs to themselves. We loved the outdoor space. We could watch March Madness basketball games sitting outside enjoying the atmosphere. We played basketball, volleyball, badminton, cornhole, kayaked, swam, and sat in the hot tub. Everything was provided for us. We rented a pontoon from Boogies Watersports and could pull right up to the dock to pick people up and drop them off. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. We used the outdoor grill quite a few days. The weather wasn’t perfect, but we had a great time celebrating the kids for their senior trip!

The property manager was hands on and helped us upon arrival with Instructions for spa , grill and ideas for restaurants. I would recommend this property 100% for it's location to local attractions and the pool/spa were wonderful and warm. We were so pleased with our experience.

The house was everything that we hoped it would be. Malcom and his staff are awesome. The outdoor Kitchen is amazing. We had a great time and are looking forward to booking it again!

We loved this house. The set-up with the full basement was perfect for us. The location on the harbor and access to the beach were so convenient! Loved the local coffee shops and restaurants.

The family had an excellent time at Malcolm's place! Very quiet area, beautiful home, in a great location close to everything Destin has to offer! We will most certainly be coming back next year for another week!

We liked the house. Gorgeous location and nicely furnished. There were couple things that bothered us: the cleanliness was very poor, property manager was very uncooperative with us when we asked the key to the beach earlier until they were finishing the cleaning, it was just one beach gate key available for our gang of 4 families, the upstairs thermostat was keeping shutting down after some set up time( we tried to reset it but it looks that it was set up to shut down).

Loved this property so much! Definitely had everything for a family fun beach trip! Didn’t have to leave the house to go to the beach bc it was in the backyard! Love it! Definitely coming back next year.

Wonderful Vacation!
This was the first time our large family group decided to rent a house instead of multiple condos. We had the best time, the owner was communicative and checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. We had kids ranging from one to thirteen, who were beyond entertained with the private pool, hot tub, volleyball net, corn-hole boards, basketball goals, kayaking, and fishing from the dock. The beach was a short walk away and wagons, chairs, and umbrellas were provided at the house for our use. The outdoor patios were perfect for relaxing and enjoying harbor views while the kids played. We had a wonderful time at Harbor Oasis and made memories that will last a lifetime!

Wonderful family vacation
We loved this place. It was designed for our family. With two teens and two little ones, this was perfect. We enjoyed kayaking, volleyball, fishing off the dock and in our boats. The owner thought of every little thing and then some. There were issues with ac and appliances, but they were addressed and then fixed pretty quickly. It was so simple to reach the beach. It was ideal. We plan to return every year.
