Excellent property, was perfect for 6 people (3 couples), every couple had their own bathroom to use. Pictures are very accurate, excellent rooftop / balcony with stunning views during both sunrise and sunset. Honestly the walk to the pool wasn't as bad as described, very manageable.

Similar to other peoples takes, would have been good to get another set of keys for the apartment. Wouldn't recommend for older couples as the hills can be quite steep. Do note that there are two pools on site, but one was closed during our stay so make sure to check that it is open during your stay, as I can imagine it based on certain times throughout the year but overall still plenty of space for everyone at the one pool.

The apartment was fabulous, everything a family could possibly need . Plenty of space indoor and outdoor on the balcony areas, very comfortable and safe location.

To get access to the pool, we had to leave the apartment complex and re-enter , which was very cumbersome. Only 2 keys between 6 people, access to the complex was by key only. Had there been a key for the garage area, we could have had direct access to the pool without having to leave the complex and re-enter. 2 keys per 6 people as insufficient. There were 2 pools, you couldn’t eat or drink at either, you nearly had to hid taking a drink of water or the pool attendant would be over. The lower pool, you had to be quiet, the upper pool was a bit better , you were allowed to play ball, but still couldn’t eat or drink. If you left the pool to get lunch, because you couldn’t eat at the pool area, you had to put the sun loungers back, you couldn’t keep them. Pools only open at 11, and restricted numbers allowed. Pool attendants not very friendly. Outdoor lighting from the lower pool up to block 5 not working for the full 10 days, very dark for walking back. While I understand this accommodation can have owners occupiers , there would need to be a bit more flexibility for those holidaying. I wouldn’t recommend to families, possibly only recommend for mature couples

The apartment is fantastic! The space it offered us- a family of 6 with 4 boys aged 15-23 is the best we’ve experienced in a 3 bed place. The kitchen is so well equipped, many spaces to relax, sunbathe, eat! Great views & 2 pools - one family one adults which is nice! It is up a steep hill but as an active d as Molly we quite liked the challenge & walking off our food & drink! The far side of the apartment block is less steep or you can go through the middle of the block past the pools- however there are steps & gates to unlock. All very secure, quiet & great sea views! If you have mobility issues or are v unfit this place is probably not best for you! Las Mesas gym is a 2 min walk away- further from the marina which we all joined for a week- great facilities, including gym classes, we loved it- including a spa with VERY cold plunge! Plus loads of padel courts bookable by the hour- great to have do close by!

Very secure but a bit more of a trek to the pools, through locked gates- it was fine but with 6 of us & 2 keys we had to make sure keys worked between us!
