Für den Rest des Jahres ist es unser Haupthaus und so ist es zu einem hohen Standard mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie für einen außergewöhnlichen Urlaub brauchen könnten.
Die Villa befindet sich in einer kleinen gepflegten Anlage neben einem 9-Loch-Golfplatz.
Ein Tennisclub mit 4 Tennisplätzen ist 5 Gehminuten von der Villa entfernt. Der Club beherbergt auch einen Fitnessraum und verschiedene Kurse wie Pilates und Yoga sind dort verfügbar. In der gleichen Gegend befindet sich ein Minimarkt für den täglichen Bedarf und einen Geldautomaten. Größere Supermärkte sind 10 Autominuten entfernt.
Es gibt auch den bekannten Carvoeiro Tennis Club, der auch ein voll ausgestattetes Fitnessstudio mit Trainern und vielen Fitnessaktivitäten wie Yoga, Zumba usw. bietet. Wenn Sie sich für Aktivitäten anmelden, können Sie den Erwachsenen- und den Kinderpool nutzen.
Es gibt mehrere Restaurants und Cafés in Laufweite, ebenso wie der nächste Strand von Centianes. Der Strand ist 20 Minuten zu Fuß und hat eine gute Bar / Café / Restaurant. Der Hauptort von Carvoeiro ist eine 5-minütige Fahrt oder 30 Minuten zu Fuß, wo viele weitere Restaurants und Bars sowie unabhängige Boutiquen, Schönheitssalons, Nagel-Bars und sogar ein Fisch-Spa gefunden werden können. Es gibt mehrere Minimärkte, einen täglichen Frischwarenmarkt, der den frischesten Fisch, Fleisch, Obst und Gemüse verkauft. Mehrere Bäckereien, eine Post und eine Apotheke sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
Carvoeiro ist ein sehr beliebtes und begehrtes Reiseziel an der Algarve. Es wurde nicht durch Hochhausentwicklung verwöhnt und hat immer noch den Charme eines kleinen Fischerdorfes mit einem schönen Strand und vielen Restaurants und Bars sowie kleinen, unabhängigen Geschäften. Es gibt viel Nachtleben und viele Aktivitäten in den Sommermonaten.
Unsere Villa hat viele Broschüren und Prospekte mit Details darüber, was es in der Gegend zu sehen und zu tun gibt.
Die Küche ist neu renoviert und gut ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, amerikanischer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Backofen, Kombi-Mikrowelle / Grill / Backofen & 4-Ceranherd. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an Kochutensilien, Geschirr, Besteck und Gläsern. Ein Grill ist vorhanden und Gartenmöbel im Erdgeschoss Terrasse und weitere Sonnenliegen mit Kissen sowie Tisch und Stühle auf der Dachterrasse. Ebenfalls vorhanden ist eine isolierte Picknick-Box und Eisbeutel, viele Strandgeräte - Eimer und Spaten, Strandmatten, Sonnenschirme, Strandspiele usw. Es gibt auch Tennisschläger und Bälle.
Neben dem 9-Loch-Golfplatz in der Nähe gibt es mehrere schöne 18-Loch-Golfplätze nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt und viele weitere entlang der Algarve.
Es gibt viele schöne Strände nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt, aber für diejenigen, die kein Auto benutzen möchten, ist alles, was Sie brauchen, nur wenige Gehminuten von der Villa entfernt.

We were there in September and it was very quiet. Condo is spacious and spotlessly clean. Nicely decorated and the kitchen was fully equipped with the latest gadgets. You can walk to the center of town but it is much longer walk uphill on the way home! A few restaurants and a small grocery store are just a few minutes walk away. The only problem we had was when we arrived the key was not in the box. Fortunately we caught the manager just as he was heading home and got the key. Overall a very pleasant experience.

We have had a great two weeks in this beautiful villa in Carvoeiro. Everything we needed was there and we had a welcome pack, which was a lovely surprise!
The villa was exceptionally clean and spacious in a great location for lots of local restaurants and beaches.

Had a great week using the house as a base and exploring the Algarve area with it's magnificent beaches. This property was exactly as described in the posting. It was extremely comfortable for 4 adults and could easily host 6. There is plenty of space in the house with several private alcoves outside and the rooftop patio. There were absolutely no issues or surprises so we didn't need to engage Sue or the property manager but Sue did communicate all through the process with some valuable area info. The pool at the Lighthouse restaurant was very nice and only a couple minute walk. We only used it a couple of times as the weather was beautiful so we were at the beaches most every day. Great location.

Family holiday of 5 with an 18 and two 16 year olds. The villa was exactly as described with plenty and bedroom and bathroom space. For once no arguments on who gets the shower first!
When we stayed in to cook, the villa was amazingly well equipped with plenty of utensils and equipment (plus more!) and a fantastic bbq. Having the option of the roof terrace and front terrace stopped staying in feel too 'samey'.
Within a 10 min walk there is a good selection of bars and restaurants, an uber into Carvoeiro cost around 10EUR.
The local beach (Centeanes) was around a 20 walk or less than 5 min drive with a decent restaurant and amenities. If you're feeling adventurous, the cliff walk to beaches further afield is highly recommended.
Can't comment on the golf as we don't play. But our son's joined the local gym at the Rocha Brava resort (5 min walk) and said it had everything they needed.
Sue is a fantastic communicator, answering any queries quickly and all instructions received were easy to follow.
Overall, the villa is really well situated and if we ever go back to that area of Portugal would have no qualms staying here again.

We loved this villa, it is a real home away from home and is so well equipped. It is very comfortable and very spacious. Sue has everything available from a fully equipped kitchen to a homely dining room and various options for outdoor dining, including a roof top terrace and garden area with bbq and dining table. We absolutely hope to be back in the future.

Stayed at Sue’s house for two weeks, 3 kids and both parents, house was spotless, small food hamper on arrival was greatly appreciated, location was excellent, quiet residential area, but only 5 minutes walk from small supermarket and several very nice restaurants. Would definitely recommend this property to rent, we will be back !

Great villa
Lovely spacious villa that’s immaculately clean and modern in a good location. There are 4 spacious double bedrooms with great bathrooms and air con throughout. The villa feels like you are walking into someone’s much loved home so we wouldn’t hesitate returning.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The villa exceeded our expectations and was very comfortable. It was spacious, clean and well maintained. I can't think of anything that we felt we needed that it did not have. It had everything that we could have wanted; great swimming pool, amazing views, walk to the beach (10-15mins) and just lovely accommodation with all aspects covered. Would definitely recommend to family and friends and wouldn’t hesitate in returning.

bon moment passé en famille on s'est bien amusé dans un cadre calme et reposant.
La villa est très spacieuse avec tout le nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances., nous étions 7 personnes 4 adultes et 3 enfants. La Cuisine est très bien équipé avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner, les chambres sont spacieuses et climatisées.
Les plages sont magnifiques et la piscine à 5minutes à pied.
La propriétaire est joignable et le service gérer par un personnel très agréable.

Most highly recommended
Impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, super well equipped property (has beach and house toys for kids, equipment for beach, very efficient kitchen), in a quiet area near Benagil beach. We were 2 families with a total of 4 adults and 4 children and it was perfect and we had a wonderful stay! We would choose this house in a heartbeat when we'll come back in the area. A Wonderful Retreat
This amazing villa provided the perfect base for our Autumn getaway.
As a party of five it provided us with the space we needed to truly relax and the location was perfect for night- time drives into Alvor or Caraviero.I would recommend a hire car as you may feel a little isolated without one.
The standard of hygiene was exemplary. There is midweek maid service provided which was very welcome indeed. Cooking in the well equipped kitchen was effortless and the outdoor BBQ provided us with a great night’s family entertainment.
I would thoroughly recommend this villa to a larger -sized family. You will not be disappointed.

Contact with the owners was always prompt and informative. The pool is a 5 min walk from the villa with plenty of sun beds or a grassed area on which to sun bathe. The nearby beaches are stunning - our kids enjoyed jumping the high waves. The walk into Carvoeiro is about 30 mins mostly downbank and the taxis are plentiful for the ride home at about €6. If we were to holiday in Carvoeiro again we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here

We have just arrived back from a two week stay in this lovely villa. It was very spacious and easily accommodated our party of 7. There is a well equipped kitchen and WiFi throughout the villa. Contact with the owners was always prompt and informative. The pool is a 5 min walk from the villa with plenty of sun beds or a grassed area on which to sun bathe. We have just returned from a fabulous two weeks stay at this beautiful villa. Set in a quiet location and with access to the complex pool, bar & restaurant, it is also within walking distance of various other restaurants, shops, beach’s and places of interest.
The villa is set out over two floors with good size bedrooms and bathrooms to give everybody space. Coupled with various outside areas and a roof terrace, there is a place for everyone - sun, shade or chilling inside.
The villa itself is the best we have ever had in terms of just how well equipped it was - it lacked for absolutely nothing & the brand new kitchen really adds to the clean, modern feel of the villa.
Communication with the owner has been brilliant from the outset and we all feel that this property was an excellent choice. Would highly recommend to families of all age groups (we were from ages 12 to 63!)

Modern, spacious and felt like home with all mod cons
2 families of 4, 3 kids under 10 a teenager and 4 adults and we all loved it. The villa was in a nice shecluded cul d sac just a short walk from the pool and complex, the management staff on site were very friendly, we couldn't have asked for more as a base for a wonderful holiday.
Plenty of space in the villa with wifi for the kids and sports on tv for the dads, we never felt on top of each other.
Lovely bars and resteraunts a 5-10min walk away as is a well stocked supermarket.
I can see why a car is recommended but as there were 8 of us and we like a drink with our meals we didn't bother.
The pool area is lovely, the closest beach took 15 mins to walk to and we used taxis a lot, the wait for a taxi can be a pain but they are all comfortable and air conditioned. We worked out using taxis whenever we needed them and walking when we could was around a third of the cost a car would have been so unless you're planning to travel around other areas and your fit and able don't feel like you need to get a car.
We used yellow fish taxis for transfers which were very reasonable, 40 - 50 mins, waiting for us with a sign at arrivals and early on the departure day, also wifi for the teenager :)
The correspondence from Sue the owner of the villa was brilliant, she gave us advice for transfers and advised the management company we would arrive early which they accommodated for us.
We went wanting a relaxing holiday with a few lazy days and barby's round the villa on a night which is exactly what we got, highly recommended.
