We absolutely loved our stay at the Majestic Lofts! Everything was super clean, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and convenient. We didn’t have to take an über one single time, because we could walk everywhere! We will definitely be back!

Printer's Alley was the perfect place for our family gathering - me and my husband and our adult children. People could come and go with lots of activities, with restaurants/clubs in the same building, on either side of us AND on Broadway (only steps away). Dawson was the best communicator and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. He went out of his way to be as generous as possible with the check-in and check-out process. I was privy to the supply closets and was SO impressed by all the extra sheets and bedspreads - not only do I know they change the sheets between renters but they also change the bedspreads and that is very important to me. The condo was equipped with more than enough and he has great attention to details. We cooked some of the time and the pans and knives were awesome. Everything seemed new - nothing worn. We use VRBO several times a year and Dawson, was by far, the most attentive and generous hosts we've come across. Granted, we paid a lot for this space but it was very much worth it - a great value! Oh, and in spite of the popular location, we always felt safe and secure with their fob system. The noise level was non-existent when sleeping which was also very nice. I can't say enough good about our week's stay, over Christmas. Dawson also went above and beyond for decorating, making sure I was ok with it all. It was beautiful and felt very homey and cozy. Everyone enjoyed themselves and enjoyed Nashville in style!

Great condo with amazing service. I have rented a lot throught VRBO but this was the best service we have ever received. They truly wanted to make our stay easy and fun. Plus the Condo is in great condition and in the perfect location. The bachelorette weekend was perfect!

The unit was immaculate, smelled great, lots of little amenities that made it too class. Also very short walk (7 mins) to Broadway. Unit was super quiet as well for bars on the street right below. Would stay there again and again.

We absolutely loved staying at The Majestic Lofts. Our host was very accommodating and responded quickly when we had questions. It was the perfect location for our group of 8. Everyone had their own space and everything we wanted to experience was within walking distance. Thank you for a very comfortable and enjoyable visit to Nashville! Highly recommend!!

This place deserves 10 stars! We’ve been to Nashville a few times and now we have our favorite place to stay! Everything was excellent!! Communication with Dawson was fast and so helpful!! This place was the cleanest we have had at a vrbo. The beds were so comfortable! The location was perfect for downtown and the river! We felt safe with getting into the lofts! Love this place!

We had an absolute amazing time! The condo was AMAZING! It was the perfect location and I don't think I have stayed in a VRBO that was so CLEAN! Check in and out process was so easy and Dawson was great to work with during the booking process, questions, etc! Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Majestic Lofts (501). We came to celebrate a 70th birthday party (5 people in their 70s and 2 in their 40s). The place was immaculate, it had everything we could want and it was so close to Broadway which made it so easy to walk to all of the fun music places, museums, restaurants, etc... Dawson (host) and his team were so helpful with recommendations for restaurants and grocery stores (all within walking distance). We also were thrilled to get an early check-in and late check-out which was huge for us to be able to rest after a very early flight where we were up at 4am to get to Nashville and so we could enjoy a relaxing morning on the last day. The apartment was quiet and beautifully designed and decorated. We will definitely stay here again when we come to Nashville.

We were in Nashville for my daughter’s Bachelorette Party and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The rental is in a perfect location an easy walk from Broadway and in the heart of the action in Printer’s Alley. It was much more spacious that we expected and surprisingly quiet for the location. The unit was beautiful and clean and the host had anticipated our every need. I highly recommend this property!

Went to Nashville to celebrate my birthday with friends. Chose this property so each couple could have their own bedroom (4 couples) and it worked out perfectly! The location can’t be beat. Easy walking distance to Broadway but Printers Alley was really fun too. The property was clean, the hosts were great (even left us a bottle of champagne and a birthday card), and we didn’t hear any noise from outside despite being above a bar/restaurant. Highly recommend!

Our group of 4 couples had an incredible stay at this property. It was so comfortable, spotlessly clean, and full of thoughtful details (like snacks, phone chargers, and white noise machines). Management was quick to respond to my inquiries, and the check in/check out process was a breeze. The location can't be beat; it's in the middle of everything but very quiet. Highly, highly recommend and hope to come back again!

Everything about this place was absolutely perfect! The location couldn't have been more convenient to everything you'd want to do in downtown Nashville. Printers Alley is a very hip and eclectic area tucked away a few blocks off Broadway with so much to offer. The loft was impeccably clean and spacious. The host was super responsive to all my stupid questions before and during our stay. Check-in and checkout was easy. Despite a lot of activity going on every night right outside our building, we never heard a thing. Every room had a noise machine that we really didn't even need. We had a party of 4 couples and everyone absolutely raved about the place! We created priceless memories in this loft and I can't imagine staying anywhere else next time we go to Nashville!! I'm telling you, you HAVE to stay at this place!!

I could go on forever about this property, but I’ll keep it nice and sweet. Location amazing. Super clean with such a fresh smell the entire time. The description warns of possible noise, but none of my 9 friends heard any during our stay….which is quite incredible given the amount of foot traffic a couple floors down. Host was always so quick to respond and very friendly. Best VRBO I’ve ever booked hands down.

Wow- this really was the perfect VRBO! It was clean, great space for privacy as every room had its own bathroom. At the same time was a perfect space to socialize with family and friends. Check in and Out was so simple. The location was on point! Easy walking to the party scene and the alley was full of late night eating options and entertainment off Broadway. I would definitely suggest this rental to others and hope to stay here on my next trip to Nashville.

The property was immaculate, Kate, the property manager, who we dealt with during our stay, was extremely helpful and super friendly as well as extremely accommodating one hour flight was delayed for departure. Everything was top notch and we would definitely stay here again ! Beverly was an added bonus with her knowledge of the area and historical facts that were so interesting! Thanks again.

The Majestic Lofts at Printers Alley was the perfect place to stay in Nashville, especially for a group.
Location was excellent. Just a few minutes walk to Broadway. Bar in the same building and a some more adjacent in Printers Alley, but the Loft was quiet and private.
Each couple had their own bedroom and private bath. Kitchen and sitting area was very clean, modern, had plenty of room.
The Hosts were very easy to communicate with before and during our stay. As well extremely flexible.

We came to celebrate my 50th Birthday as well as stay through the New Years.
The owners met us at the door, helped us carry in our luggage, and gave us a little history on the beautiful lofts. We had a blast, the place was clean, beautiful, and in the best location in Nashville to access all the must see places in Nashville. Highly recommend!!

We had a fabulous time in Nashville and part of that experience was Majestic Lofts. Our loft was comfortable and clean, really close to many music. Venues. Highly recommend, when we go back, we will be staying at Majestic again for sure.

This condo was spectacular for the 8 of us. Four large bedrooms, each with its own bath and another bathroom. The exposed brick was gorgeous. Very well appointed. Communication with the property manager (Beverly) was clear and extremely helpful. Very safe neighborhood and the location was great. We all had a ball!

This place was AWESOME! There were 9 of us and it was so comfortable. My entire family said they had never seen a place like this before. It was clean, there were snacks, a bottle of wine and a card from Beverly welcoming us. The location is prime right in the heart of printer alley! My niece wasn’t feeling well and Beverly was SO kind to let her hang out there a little longer to rest. I will definitely call Beverly when I decide to come back to Nashville. I give this place 10 ⭐️‘s!!! Thank you for everything

Good location for Broadway for walking. As mentioned, there is activity in the area and white noise beneficial depending on when planning to sleep. New loft with good amenities. Property manager very accommodating and responsive. May need to notify venue if some of part is under 21.
