We enjoyed the area the most. The house was adequate but not great, lots of things not well maintained. The driveway is very tricky to navigate.

My family and I had an incredible time, the comfort of the cabin was very good, the view was wonderful, everything was very good in general.

WE ENJOYED OUR STAY. THE ONLY BIG CONCERNS ARE THE STAIRS AND PARKING; BUT WE MANAGED WITH A LITTLE WORK ; ESPECIALLY FOR OUR SMALL CHILDREN CLIMBING UP THE STAIRS BUT I THINK IT IS US ADULTS THAT WORRY; THE CHILDREN ACTUALLY ENJOYED THE ADVENTURE.

Always love going up to the mountains and the wife and I wanted to get away for our anniversaryGot up to the location very easily and was able to check in early, which is always a good thingBeautiful views of big Bear Lake were stunning and very much made the trip worthwhileHowever, the cleanliness issue was Strong and my wife even brought it up to me more in the restroomsA big deal for us is having two rooms because of my snoring issues and the quality of the sleeping quarters, including the beds and pillowsWe don’t understand why the quality of pillows should ever be like we experienced, and for sure, the beds weren’t very new at allCouldn’t wait to have some wine and play some cards out on the balcony, but I needed to clean the table first as it was extremely dirty. See photos below.We absolutely want to come back up to big bear and we’ll probably use your big bear destinations company, but we would not want this unit againDo recommend the Hacienda restaurant; some of the best Mexican food we’ve ever eaten in our livesThe bear trap beer burger joint was also excellentHope this helps; again it was an absolutely beautiful location
