I can not say enough about this property and Kia & Rob! The house was perfect and well stocked. It is in a very nice area and centrally located. A welcome basket was there for us when we arrived and Kia communicated with me every step of the way! We will definitely be booking with Kia and Rob again!

Perfect space for gathering, plenty of room inside and outside.

What a wonderful home and property. Kia and Rob made the process a breeze. The home was spacious and had all the amenities needed. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling and looking for a place to stay.

The ROCKY MOUNTAIN RETREAT *Hot Tub* Denver* Red Rocks was the perfect venue for our family stay as we celebrated our 40th anniversary. The property has plenty of space and specific areas for all ages; 2 living areas, well equipped bedrooms and bathrooms with additional sleeping arrangements; updated sockets with USB connections; nice kitchen/dining area and a larger dinning area for outdoor activities; and nice backyard and outdoor facilities for kids and adults. The owners have left children toys, books, and board games in the house which were very helpful to keep kids entertained. They loved them! We particularly enjoyed the master bedroom and bathroom in the basement which were very spacy. I was able to have a few zoom meetings comfortably. You can have a large family in the house and not feel crowded. the location was excellent for our planned activities to Colorado Springs. Shopping is great, there are plenty of sops and a great Mall.. If you plan anything downtown you do have to consider that it will be a 30 to 45 minutes drive depending on the time of day. Customer hospitality was great; the welcoming basket was a sweet touch, basic foods readily available in the refrigerator and pantry; and owners always readily responded to messages. They were helpful with various arrangements or matters that came up. I would definitely come back to this property and plan more activities and free time to enjoy the house more. I would recommend to plan some free days and only one event a day so that there is more time to enjoy in the house. Olivia form Texas
