A limpeza do chão . Tinha pó , como tenho um neto que está engatinhando a roupa dele ficou suja . Sugiro que deixem um rodo para passar no chão se necessário .

Dirty, no drawers to put clothes , bad service, coffee makers didn’t work, no hangers, and cleaning crew showed last day 2 hours before check out

One thing good was the location closeness to our project site.

I had 2 apartments rented 320 and 202 202 Had no dresser on any king of drawers to place our clothes, no hangers, coffee pot didn't work, Kitchen cabinets and glassware were filthy, soda was dirty and stained, we had to wash the sheets. Complained and I was told they could not provide helf. After 3 days we found a new coffee pat hanging on the door, we asked for an late check out and not only was it denied, cleaning crew showed up and 9:00AM 2hours before checkout time. 320 Same scenario, dirty , poor draining on tub, sofa was dirty, dishes were dirty, no hangers and food left over on refrigerator from previous occupant. What a disappointment.

hi - property is beautiful and very comfortable - amenities and all the facilities were great. we will mention only a couple of things :please take care of ants - they are everywhere in the kitchen and living area. it needs a good “spring cleaning”- found lots of dirty areas ( under rugs) and floor was not clean.

It was a bit far from miami touristic areas

You have your own space with a nice kitchen to cook for yourself. The suite felt comfortable

There was a smell in the room that smelled slightly like pee. We had to buy a room spray. Also wished the suite had a balcony to sit outside

It was affordable

The customer service was horrible, maintenance didn’t want to fix my lock and left me stranded. Person at the front desk was no help at all and just gave me a phone number to call. I had to wait the next day to talk to manager to get an arrangement sorted we’re I can get an upgrade don’t come to this place ever.

The location was excellent, the concierge staff was excellent, the amenities at the property were above and beyond! We also felt very safe and secure on the property and in the unit.

The place was not very clean. The bathtub had clearly not been scrubbed thoroughly before our arrival. Glasses in the cabinet were very cloudy and smudgy, there was visible dust under the beds, and there was a sticky film on the floors.

The apartment is adequately equipped and spacious. The kitchen offers all the appliances needed to prepare meals.

The cleanliness of the apartment could be better. Cleaners and a vacuum cleaner are missing. Some of the pillows were dirty (under the cover). The bedding (in general) was not the cleanest. Floors need vigorous scrubbing.

We loved the apartment, and it was well equipped, making our stay a breeze. It was also very clean and we liked the location.

Everything was good.

Sijainti oli hyvä, rauhallinen alue. Huoneisto oli tilava.

Siivouksen taso oli huono. Astiat olivat likaisia, lattioilla pölyä ja hiuksia.

Upea huoneisto juuri meidän tarpeisiin. Ilmainen parkkihalli ja hieno allasalue. Yleiset tilat todella siistit ja mukavat. Avulias henkilökunta. Hyvä ostoskeskus aivan vieressä. Kiva alue, rauhallinen sijainti.

Siisteys oli ainoa negatiivinen asia. Koirankarvoja joka paikka täynnä, ei harjaa siivoamiseen, toki siivous saatiin heti kun siitä ilmoitettiin. Huoneisto 322 ei vastaa majoituspaikan kuvia, oli aika huonot huonekalut, narisevat sängyt, tuoleja keittössä vain 4, vaikka myytiin isommille perheille. Tyynyt ja patja likaisia, verijälkiä, ne vaihdettiin heti, kun pyydettiin, mutta näin ei saa olla, pitää olla puhdasta, koska siivousmaksu maksetaan. Edellisen asiakkaan parfyymipullo ja sukkia löytyi olohuoneesta, mattojen alla kuukausien hiekat, olohuoneessa ei enää edes ollut mattoja. Varmistin vielä hotellilta ennen varausta, että onhan huoneisto siisti, koska oli paljon huonoa palautetta, lupauksista huolimatta ei ollut. Henkilökunta teki kyllä kaikkensa, että asia korjattiin, kiitos siitä.

The property was really nice and modern. You do your self check in and can be done anytime after the check in time, since there is always a concierge staff ready to assist. The concierges were really attentive and ready to help. We loved the apartment and a second full washroom was a pleasant surprise, as we were travelling with 2 teenagers. The apartment had everything we really needed. And the amenities were awesome too, beautiful pool, pool table area and gym. Location was awesome and walking distance to Dadeland mall.

It took a bit to understand the layout and how the different elevator banks connected to the different building areas, but the concierge staff was really helpful to us, to figure all out.

Apartment was as described. Spacious, good equipped. Not much to criticize. Check in was easy. Host sent detailed instructions with pictures and videos upfront. Everything worked well. We had a great time at the Palmer.

Our apartment was on a low floor near the outlet of the garage, therefore we had some noisy moments.

No hay luz en el comedor, la mesa está de poquísima calidad, no hay sartenes, el sillón de la sala muy sucio

None of the pots had lids, some pots were not clean, sinks in bathroom were clogged, Pillow on sofa bed had ‘blood’ stain.
