We enjoyed our stay. The owner was very nice and fast to reply to my messages. The house was nice although small (which the host did inform me of before booking ) we slept 8 adults and 3 small children just fine. I’m not very picky though. It was a clean home. The golf cart was nice and of course the pool access was awesome. I would defiantly book again.

Host is amazing with quick communication! All the essentials were in the home and the golf cart was a great plus!

Our stay at this beach house was okay, but thankfully we only used it for sleeping and showering, as we were fortunate to have family staying in another house within Oceanside Village. That being said, this particular rental was not what we expected based on the VRBO listing.The description and photos on VRBO are misleading. The home is essentially a two bedroom one bathroom single wide trailer with a bedroom and bathroom added on. This detail is not clear in the listing.The central AC struggled to keep the house cool, even with multiple fans running in every room. The added bedroom and bathroom has a separate wall-mounted AC unit, but it failed to keep that area cool as well. There was a noticeable musty smell throughout the home. Also the laundry room is not inside the house—it’s located outside on the backside of the trailer, with no exterior lighting leading to it, making it inconvenient.The beds were uncomfortable, though tolerable for our stay. Another odd detail was the lack of lighting in the living room—there were no lamps or ceiling lights, only lighting in the kitchen area.While we truly enjoy Oceanside Village and all the amenities it offers, this specific house is not a property I would stay in again. It served its basic purpose, but it fell short of expectations. The golf cart was great to have, the location is great to the beach access and the pool area. Parking was tight with 2 cars. Check in was easy and convenient.
