I love that the apartment was super close to Anfield stadium, which is perfect. Very convenient to pop by and visit the stadium as much as I wanted and more importantly, it is much safer to be able to just walk “home” after the game ends late at night. I also really appreciated the warm hospitality and professionalism shown by Meron and his staff in responding promptly to the concerns I had, to ensure my well-being comfort during my stay. One of the best British hospitality I have ever experienced thus far ! So keep up the good work.

Just some minor feedback. Perhaps you could consider providing a more gender-neutral toiletries. The shampoo in the first room I was assigned was definitely meant for a male guest and the mirror in the bathroom was placed way too high for someone who is less that 5.5 feet tall such that I couldn’t see myself in it. A suggestion for your consideration as added service - an updated information alert about the road diversions along the nearby roads affecting bus routes, and alternative bus-stops and routes to get to and fro the apartment would have been useful. I got caught out having to walk further distances to get to the bus-stop to go to town, or when returning from town because the buses have been re-routed and were not stopping at the nearby stops. While I didn’t mind it too much as it enabled me to fulfill my 10,000 steps a day quota, it can be confusing and I did feel a little anxious thinking that I might have lost my way, since I am not familiar with the streets.

Loved the Location both for city and stadium.

No instructions for cooker and microwave etc. bed was so uncomfortable desperately need a new mattress. Our room door lock didn’t work rang owner initial great communication. However waited in following Morning for someone to come and fix and no one rang or turned up. We went three night stay with an unlocked room !

- wonderful location for events at the stadium, easy to find & a short bus ride from Liverpool city centre - our room & bathroom was clean & comfortable - basic but everything you need, even a mini fridge. A little wear & tear, but functional. - was really nice to know everyone in the accomodation was there for the same event. Everyone was lovely, & coming & going at similar times, minimising any disturbing each other in adjacent rooms.

- issue with check in information not shared on first day, were able to contact owner & get information, but seemed like the information should have been automated but didn't send? Not sure if that's on host or booking.com glitch. Other guests who arrived after us had similar issue, waiting hours to hear back about their check in information. - keypad to room door didn't work, were able to get in contact & get a key, but other guests also had issues with doors & based on other reviews, this seems to be a recurring issue. - biggest issue, thankfully we were the lucky ones, but impacted others.The rooms were double booked, additional guests turned up for two different rooms that were already occupied. After initial confusion & explaining all rooms were booked, they were able to get hold of staff & were taken to different accommodation. I understand mix ups happen, but I can only imagine the stress on the day of an event!

breakfast was not provided ..it is not a hotel as there is no reception. Nobody to welcome you...I had to phone to get the access code to the entrance main door. Only the location is good for a visit to Anfield stadium the rest is not as expected or as per the picture in Booking.com It is just a house converted into a few rooms

The code for the entrance door was not submitted to me. I had to phone a number which was on my booking reservation for the person to give me the code otherwise I would have had to find another accommodation
