Introducing Villa Istrian Star, a serene retreat nestled in the peaceful residential district of Rovinj's starry Istrian region. This exquisite villa harmoniously combines the tranquility of its surroundings with proximity to the beach, the historic town, cobblestone streets, charming houses, delightful eateries, and quaint art galleries.

Positioned on a secure 700 m² parcel of land and boasting 400 m² of living space, Villa Istrian Star offers ample room for your comfort, featuring 3 master bedrooms and an additional double bedroom, making it a perfect haven for groups of up to 8 guests.

This modern masterpiece, a recently constructed high-quality villa, embraces a minimalist design that exudes opulent simplicity through clean lines and a subdued color palette. As you enter, the villa's grand inner staircase, impressively sized, will captivate you.

Villa Istrian Star spans three levels. The ground floor encompasses a spacious open-plan living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a multimedia room with a comfortable sofa, a bathroom, and a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. All these spaces open up to the garden and the patio, where a heated swimming pool, sun loungers, a seating area, and an al fresco dining table invite you to relax and unwind. Large, unembellished windows and sliding glass walls seamlessly connect the indoors with the outdoors.

Ascending the magnificent staircase to the upper floor, you'll find two exceptionally roomy master bedrooms, each with its bathroom and a sitting area. Both bedrooms open onto a generous balcony with a glass balustrade.

The underground level, which also opens to the outdoors, integrates seamlessly into the villa's layout. It houses a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a cozy tavern, a sauna, another bathroom, and a fitness room, adding an exciting dimension to the villa's entertainment and relaxation offerings.

Throughout Villa Istrian Star, discreet and well-thought-out details accentuate the refined aesthetic, offering a contemporary style where everything is impeccably organized, creating a serene and welcoming atmosphere.

Location:
Rovinj, known as The Star of Istria, graces the north-western coast of the Istrian Peninsula in Croatia. This picturesque port town, characterized by its egg-shaped peninsula, features a tall bell tower with breathtaking views. The old town is a charming maze of narrow streets, alleyways, arches, staircases, small squares adorned with bars, and relaxation spots.

Rovinj was named the destination of the year for 2019 by the Croatian National Tourist Board. Beyond Rovinj, there's a treasure trove of sights to explore, from hidden swimming spots to ancient ruins, Roman monuments in nearby Pula, and natural wonders like the Lim Fjord and Punta Corrente Forest Park. Don't forget to visit the stunning National Park Brijuni, with its 14 islands and islets, and explore the surrounding towns of Preč, Umag, and more.

The inland region of Istria is equally captivating, featuring rolling hills, fertile plains with vineyards and olive groves, and charming hilltop villages. Here, you can indulge in local gastronomy, savor award-winning wines, fresh seafood, truffles, and other regional delicacies.
