Slept hard on the bed, but woke up with a horrible back ache

They were unable to check me in and I paid in advance, one of the staff members tried coming in my room while sleeping, woke up to cokroaches on the wall and big black and brown bugs in my bed! When staff was confronted he said he was checking because power was out. He never announced himself just slammed open the door until it hit the safety lock, never announced himself and left my door open as far as it could be open with the safety lock! I drove 4 1/2 hours ad ended up not getting any sleep because was awoken at 12 am , by an unexpected staff member!! Was not happy amd now have PTSD at the thought of someone going to break into any room I am sleeping in with the door closed!! Definitely NOT happy at all!!

Good location near highway exit, but needed a sign for the hotel at one of the entrances to its parking area. Breakfast area was nice with good view of garden, but it would be nice to add more to their basic selections, such as instant oatmeal packets, and breakfast rolls instead of plain white bread.

Our room did not have wash cloths, kleenix, and no light bulb in one of the bedside lamps. There were coffee packets, but the little coffee maker did not have a holder for the coffee grounds and its hot water was dirty with coffee grounds.

No television bed bugs no king bed that we reserved

the breakfast should have been individually rapped instead of pouring milk into a cup we should have had small cartons, or taking bagels from the case without plastic on them

the facility needs updating and I saw a roach which I told the worker at the front desk who just smiled
