I like the friendly staff, the clean rooms, and the great location.

Everything was great, I have no complaints.

It was close to everything The grounds were clean

Lack of communication Super hot in the villa Mops and broom and bucket in bathroom. For me that’s cross contamination.plus main bathroom toilet base was not clean. No stopper for kitchen sink. Upstairs was extremely hot plus the day before we left air conditioner stop working. Kept saying reset with passcode. I had absolutely no one to help. Too many bugs, lizards and raccoons surrounding the property. I had to sweep outdoor of the property. Grass all over the front door and ants everywhere. This property was very disappointing for me. It didn’t feel like a vacation. It’s too much money to spend and unable to communicate with someone or at least respond back when sent multiple emails.
