Comfortable stay during a cold rainy visit. The property is beautiful and quiet. Nice walking neighborhood for the dogger. The house is comfortable and conveniently located.

This was the perfect spot for us to have a relaxing beach vacation with our dogs. The neighborhood was extremely walkable and calm, and only a short distance from the beach. It’s also centrally located to the main drag of town so we never felt like it was a chore to run out for anything. Also, there is plenty of natural shade so the house was always a pleasantly cool and comfortable temperature, which I’m sure our dogs appreciated! If we ever go back we will certainly be booking again.

Comfortable house. Location was not quite what we anticipated, not as close to the water, but because the cold bomb was truly dreadful we couldn’t have taken advantage of the beach. No fault of owner.
The house, although pleasant, was not terribly well equipped, e.g., the coffee maker was really rather sketchy. And the place didn’t even have the basics of salt and pepper. The cookware, however, was 1st rate. Overall, the house was not quite as welcoming as other vacation rentals we’ve enjoyed.

My husband and I needed a place to stay for a week while visiting his family for Thanksgiving. This place was perfect! Everything was so comfy and cozy, and I was able to quickly get to the beach for a morning run. We will definitely be booking here again for future visits! Thank you!!

We had a great stay, and would definitely visit again. It's in a great neighborhood to walk, visit the water, etc. The property manager was in contact with us, and we could not have been happier.

Very nice neighborhood. The host and her family were very nice and communication was great. They provided beach chairs and towels. There was air conditioning and coffee for us! We really enjoyed the location and the size of the house was perfect for the 4 of us. Would definitely recommend.

Great location!!
Marissa was very responsive whenever we needed anything and gave us some great recommendations. We were visiting for 4 nights on our Babymoon and Marrisa made sure we had everything we needed. The cottage was very clean and cozy. <5 min walk to perfect little private beach, countless restaurants within 10 mins, short drive to outlet shopping, easy access to the highway it was the perfect location. Neighborhood was very quiet and was nice to walk around. We will definitely be staying again the next time we want a beach vacation in CT. Thanks Marissa!
