We did not stay as the apartment was very poor and did not match the advertised description
They also wanted to charge us 5 times the rate for an airport transfer so luckily we had another driver who took us to a good accommodation
Please review this property as it is very deceptive.
Can we get a refund under these circumstances as I don’t think these people deserve to be paid

This apartment is very clean, has modern furniture and brand new appliances.
The area is typical Egypt. But, there is a pharmacy, grocery, restaurant and dry cleaners downstairs. It’s very small but has everything you need.

Location was alot further from the airport then as advertised.
The host was not clear that a deposit could only be paid in cash. $100 deposit was a very large amount to ask for, for a key when we were only staying a short period of time. The host asked us to give her our passports in place of cash deposit. I find this extremely unprofessional.
