Location and room layout and decoration
Room temperature control.
We could not control the A/C to have the room temp and air ventilation / circulation to make us comfortable, so we had to open the windows instead (fortunately, it was cool outside at night.)

Very clean apartment in a central location. Only two of us, but room for another couple or family
We did have a problem with access to start, but it was fine once we worked out the lock
