Wow! This is a very unique place, the floor plan is really quite large and has a Key West vibe. Accommodations were very comfortable and super clean. I would not hesitate to stay at this property again. Great for family or couples that are traveling together, it gives enough privacy for everyone, especially given the unique layout. Walking distance to everything you could possibly want!

THE HOUSE WAS JUST AS THE PICTURES ONLINE. IT SAYS ONLY 6 PPL CAN STAY, BUT ITS BIG ENOUGH FOR 8 PPL. IT HAS 2 LET OUT COUCHES WITH QUEEN BEDS, A MASTER BEDROOM AND A SECOND BEDROOM. THE OFFICE HAD A QUEEN LET OUT COUCH ALSO. IT WAS VERY NICE AND THE PROPERTY MANAGER RESPONSE FAST. CLOSE TO EVERYTHING LIKE MALL, CASINOS, EATING PLACES, AND BEACHES . IT WAS ONLY 12-15 MIN RIDE TO EVERYWHERE WE WENT.

It’s advertised as two bedrooms, but there is only a door on one and the other is a doorless den. There are no closets in any of the rooms, but there’s this strange closet in the living room with a detached door laying on the floor. When we called to complain the customer service rep canceled our reservation and we were stuck with no place to stay. It took two hours of phone calls to get the reservation activated again. They wouldn’t let us talk to a supervisor until we demanded it. Finally Shannon helped us. We asked for one hour extra checkout time and they wouldn’t give it to us…and what’s with the almost $600 in added fees?!

This place felt like home. Had a great amount of space for our family and the area is great.

Very spacious, clean and decorated very nicely. Interesting layout and the three bathrooms were great. There's a bonus half kitchen which might end up being kind of pointless or useful depending on your needs. The pull out couch in the office needs a better mattress. You would be better off just sleeping on the couch. There seemed to be a shortage of some necessary items like bed sheets, pillows, blankets, coffee and basic cooking necessities. The pillows that were there were NOT good . I would ask about those or maybe bring your own. I think this might be a new listing so I'm assuming they will be working on that. I would also be a little hesitant about booking this home again in the middle of summer since the AC units had trouble cooling the place down while we were there in May. The neighborhood is super cute and there's a little street you can walk to with shops, bars and restaurants less than a mile away. That being said, it's a tiny little street. Everything else seems to be about a 15 minute drive or more. The pool was GREAT! It's clean, perfect size and right outside the back door. We were the only ones who used it the whole time so it felt like having a private pool. Overall, this is a great place and could be a great find for a small group that needs some extra space and bathrooms. It just needs a few more items added to make the stay a little more comfortable.

The location is very convenient; about 10 minutes from parks and beaches. It is a little dated, and could use a little TLC (e.g. one of the closet doors was off, and there was a tiny leak from that closet when it rained, which i reported to the Vacasa reps) but it was still very comfortable. It was also a pet friendly location, and the pet free was very reasonable. I would also recommend that the host check the central air near the living room area. That room gets really hot during the day and at no point did the temperature in that room get below 79 (according to the thermostat).
