The host called immediately to welcome us and urged us to contact them for any assistance needed. Very clean and well designed! This was the best stocked rental ever! Above and beyond! Exceptional pet friendly. The gate at the top of the stairs allowed our dog to enjoy outdoors and freely roam the entire balcony. When we return to this area, this home will be our first choice!

This house was perfect!! Very clean and adorable. It has everything you need plus more. If anything was forgotten they pretty much have you covered. Owners were a pleasure to communicate with. Steps away from the beach- truly perfect location!!

This property and the location is beautiful. BUT we had to wait for an hour to check in because the maid was still cleaning. Loose boards that will raise up outside on the top deck so be careful when walking. Trash of a ton of beer and other trash was left outside from the previous party. Dryer was full of sheets and bedding items. A list of issues of what was still needed to be fixed didn’t come in to me until after we checked in. Fridge did not cool at all so we had to either lose those items and or move them to the freezer. Host never communicated back letting us know she was sending someone out to look at the fridge. We were told the fridge is old and goes through a defrost phase from time to time. AC control was hard to figure out because it’s a smart home. That was so frustrating because we turned on the heat by mistake until we figured it out. The hallway smelled like feces so we don’t know where that came from but that was never addressed and we were told it would be looked at after we checked out. Host must not live in the area because she never came to see the issues. Front door upstairs started to lock on its own and we had to use the side door to reenter. DO NOT BRING MORE THAN FOUR VEHICLES because there’s no room and you can’t park in the street or grass. That’s noted but no explanation as to why or alternative to where else to park. Bring liquid detergent because washer is not HE. Floor inside feels unsteady and boards or tile is lifted so be carful when walking or you will catch one and trip. Cigarette smell was in one of the bedrooma but host said she would investigate after we left. Cute home with beautiful decor and furniture. The beach is very close BUT no walkway to bring coolers or other heavy items. There are rocks blocking that path which makes it very difficult to get to the beach. More for fishing vs swimming so make sure you know this first if you plan on swimming and brining gear to the beach. Host asked for pictures for the items we complained about but this app doesn’t allow me to send them. Bring toilet paper and hand wash soap because it’s either there or not. Maid left trash bins super full and didn’t take any of it with her. On a positive note, host did allow us to check out at 1 for these issues but again didn’t communicate unless I messaged her again. She’s not very responsive.
