Location had beautiful view. Directions to it were very clear with pictures.

One bed broken and couch cushions need refreshing

The view was amazing. It made all the steps worth it. Loved being able to sit outside and drink wine while watching people and the water. Working with Edoardo was easy and the information was quick and complete. Would rent again have already recommended the place to others.

The door key is a bit different than we are used to. We had to turn the key more than it felt in order to unlock. Was fine once we figured that out. The indoor aspect of the door lock was confusing. Again, once we figured it out it was no problem. Might add a couple of notations on the lock in the packet.

The convenience of location is priceless. You’re 5 min from the train station and 5 seconds from water. You’d feel better than anyone else in the village, when you’re on that balcony ! Instagram’s most popular angle scenery. A minute walk to the beach , don’t miss it, keep walking left to get there. Very convenient location. But also geared up for your trip, with ample amenities. Great shower pressure, very clean beddings, AC, full kitchen, and you’ll be lucky to find it available!

Be mindful of the staircase. It’s an old building, obviously, always hold on the rail. Luggage is a challenge. Up more so. Hire a local help or power through step by step. It’s worth it lol. On the way downstairs , lean luggage against the leg exiting with your back down, same way you came up.

The location of this property puts you right in the heart of all the action. The apartment itself is clean, comfortable and you will have all you need. The shower is a bit small so for larger sized people, not so easy. The balcony is great for people watching at night and relaxing any time during the day. The host is very responsive with any questions or concerns you might have.

There are no real window shades so morning light come in immediately so sleeping late a little hard if that's important to you. No air conditioning in the 2nd bedroom, just a fan, so I used the couch and it was fine. The rest of the unit is kept nice and cool with the other two air units. Do not go to Riomaggiore if you have any type of physical issue like a bad hip or knee, do not go if you are out of shape. The town requires a lot of climbing of steps and incline/declines. It's what makes it so exciting to explore and different than anything you've ever done. I am in fairly good shape working out most of my life 3-4 times per week and I struggled a little for the first day, and after that your body strangely gets used to it.
