Very clean , just a few minutes walk from the center of the city

No signs at all not even a door number.all I had to go on was a street name.it.is just an ally way but still about 200 meters more or less.so I'm walking down the street thinking where is this place.finally I see someone and luckily they spoke a little English and pointed me to the door with absolutely no indication it's my accommodation.The poor girl that is running the place is no older than 12 years old,maybe 11 years old if were to guess.She does speak English.in the description it clearly says there is a fridge.i was expecting a fridge in my room but there is not even a fridge in building.I messaged the owner's the day before my arrival to say I would be arriving about 3pm.They messaged me the next night 22.30 the day after I checked in to say 3 in the house or 3 in the afternoon.i am from the UK and we write 3pm.not 15h but I do get that If they replied before my check in that's no problem but normally people understand 3,pm..Also the room I had down stairs , the only window open's out to the downstairs area where the little girl is sitting on the sofa to check people in so no privacy.nowhere to hang your towel or put your clothes.i had to use the window handle to hang my towel..I also heard another guest angrily say he had been looking for the property for a long time and why wasn't there any signs.nobody else was helping the girl.she was upstairs checking someone in while the door Bell was going crazy and someone banging on the door.to make things worse the poor little girl has to sleep on the sofa and the toilet is right next to the sofa ,I was shocked to see her there sleeping with her teddy bear.i don't know the child labor laws in Morrocco but in most countries it would be illegal for a child to work like that.i ready felt sorry for her.also if you want to sleep in on your holiday forget it.

Great place to stay inside the medina, only 5 minutes walk to the trams and 10 minutes to the train. Rooms were clean and staff very hospitable mand helpful which is a bonus since I am a solo traveler. Great value for the price. Would stay here again!

Nothing all good

Salah and everyone was so friendly and welcoming, and really helpful when I was struggling with trains. The house is clean, cool and comfortable. The location is great, really close to the main streets in the medina.

The staff are very helpful, the room are clean, bathroom is amazing....

It will be little bit difficult till you reach the story house (walking arround 12 minutes) from the main road.

Great location with excellent owner and staff. Salah was so friendly to take me for a little trip through Rabat with some sunset, food, family and friend experiences. Thanks for that!

Its spacious & clean! I love the Moroccan arts inside this story house. This place is inside Rabat Old Market so its really accessible if you need anything. Also, you can walk to Kasbah of Udayah & Hassan Tower from story house.

Amazing place, great host

Very basic, but clean and good place to stay in Rabat, no signage outside so bit of a game to try and find. Inevitably a local will step in and help you.

Very clean,and the host is very kind this is the second time i stayed in this place and every time i come to rabat i will go there defenitley

The place was very clean and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The host was very friendly and helpful, and it absolutely felt like staying in the home of a friend. The shower was also nicer than many others we experienced. The place was located at a good spot, not a lot of noice but still central, and the neighbours were also friendly and helpful.

Difficult to find because they address is not shared since it is a private residence.

My worst booking.com experience to date and the only negative review I’ve written. I booked for 3 nights and left after the 1st. The host got incredibly drunk and stayed up all night playing music, shouting, spitting, mumbling, smoking, taking phone calls and overall acting very emotional. As I was on the first floor I heard everything and did not sleep. As an Englishman I know an angry drunk so I did not want to confront him during the night. I don’t think the host is a bad person but this behaviour is unacceptable. I tried to contact the him the next day to resolve things but he claimed that I never showed up so I was unable to communicate further / leave a review. Only now since complaining have I been able to do so. This is a warning to future travellers. I saw a similar comment previously about his behaviour so it’s not the first time.
