Location, quirky accommodation

Would like to have known a little more about the kitchen equipment (so I knew to bring a cafetiere for my coffee habit!)

Amazing location - comfortable and great space.

Poor communication - no reply to emails/telephone number provided to answer queries. No dishwasher.

Excellent location close to an amazing beach, surf hire, surf school and surf shop, great pubs and shops

Storage heating which is not ideal for winter/spring months, dishwasher would be nice

Lack of heating in arrival, tiniest amount of toilet paper. A welcome Pack with milk wouldn’t have gone amiss

Near to centre of Polzeath, short stroll to beach. Tucked up a small lane, a cozy cottage, with good parking. Very clean and comfortable, and very well set out for its size, with lots of arty décor. Rear patio was handy for preparing for beach and on return. Suited our needs very well.

The house is a perfect little place to stay, plenty of room for 3 people, it's tidy and we'll looked after, no signs of anything being tired or broken that were in other reviews. It is a little basic but it has everything you need and the location is perfect for the beach which is about 1-2 minutes walk away. We liked it that much we've booked for 5 nights next year.

If I was being very picky, the water pressure on the shower and the hot tap in the kitchen is a little low. No blinds or curtains at the back door and windows but this is being very picky and did not affect our stay at all.

location was brilliant and it was nicer than the pictures made it look.

Very basic and rustic in parts. Could do with updating and/or a refresh. Some areas are a little bodged together and unfortunately railings were falling off which isn’t great with a 3 year old and baby.
