A relatively comfortable house with a beautiful sea view, air conditioning, two fully equipped kitchens, one indoor bathroom and one in the courtyard, and very comfortable mattresses.

Don't be fooled by the photos; the master bedroom we wanted was locked, and we were given two ordinary rooms instead—cluttered with old-fashioned furniture that felt sticky to the touch. To make matters worse, even though check-in was supposed to start at 5:00 PM, we had to wait until 5:45 PM for the owner. We were advised to park in front of the gate, in the dust, so the car wouldn't "slip" on the courtyard tiles (or perhaps so we wouldn't damage them??). The kitchen table was covered in crumbs and felt sticky; we had to wash everything we touched. There are ants, mosquitoes, and a small lizard behind the wardrobe. The air conditioning works excellently, but it drains into a plastic container that needs emptying, and the wall behind it is moldy. In short, the place is in need of maintenance and a good cleaning. Compared to the villa we stayed in four days earlier in the Quartu Sant'Elena area, the value for money here is abysmal.

Riesige Terrasse mit Panoramablick aufs Meer bis hinüber nach Tortoli und Arbatax. Grosser Aufenthalts- und Wohnraum mit grossen Panorama-Schiebetüren. Die Küchenausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Liegt ziemlich ausserhalb der Ortschaft. Kann durchaus auch als Vorzug gesehen werden.

Das tolle Haus hat einen atemberaubenden Panoramablick. Von der gesamten Terrasse schaut man auf das Meer und die nahegelegenen Strände, wenn man früh genug aufsteht inkl. Sonnenaufgang. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Hervorzuheben ist das riesige Outdoor-Wohnzimmer mit Outdoor-Küche, das sich durch das Schließen der komplett umlaufenden Glas-Schiebetüren in einen Indoor-Raum verwandeln lässt. Das Haus liegt fußläufig zu einigen tollen Stränden, durch Klettern über die Felsen kommt man immer noch eine Bucht weiter. Man kann wählen zwischen kleinen Buchten und langem Strand, je nach Geschmack. Der Vermieter ist super nett und zuvorkommend, er hat jederzeit sofort reagiert, uns bei einem kleinen Problem sofort geholfen und uns zusätzlich mit eigens hergestelltem Olivenöl und Äpfeln aus dem eigenen Garten beschenkt. Großes Lob! Insgesamt hatten wir eine perfekte Woche und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Lokalizacja wspaniała przy pięknych plażach z krystaliczna woda z mieniącym się piaskiem. Widok zapierający dech w piersiach zwłaszcza podczas wschodu słońca. Gospodarz wspaniały i bardzo pomocy! A oliwa i owoce które dostałam w prezencie przepyszne !!! Bardzo żałuję że byłam tak krótko….. na pewno wrócę.!

Zdecydowanie byłam za krótko……. Jeśli już mam się koniecznie przyczepić to - Może zmienić ceraty/obrusy na stolach i wymienić meble ogrodowe na jakieś wygodne…. Ale to już tak naprawdę szukając minusów. Po prostu ich nie było…..wspaniały pobyt!!!
