The whole property was amazing and the hospitality was outstanding. Our host took care of everything and there was an essence of care and support on each step of our journey. Attention to details of the room was splendid and the owner had put his heart into his service and hospitality. I highly recommend anyone who is looking out for a classy stay in Srinagar and loves a homely feel being in another state.

The owner was super accommodating and arranged vehicle whenever requested. We booked for 2 nights and ended up extending another 2 nights. There are about 10 shops about 200m away. can order food via Swiggy. about 15mins from airport. about 15mins from Lal chowk. as said earlier, the owner was super nice and was more guest-friendly.

The host and his family were nice and receptive. Room was big, well furnished and comfortable. it’s close to the airport.

Bathroom could be better cleaned and the towels offered were very thin. I found it to be expensive for what is offered.

Due to traveling, my wife fell very sick on reaching Srinagar, the owner Mr Bashir & his manager Mirajbhai went over & above their duty to help us. Personally escorted us to good hospital & she was recovered. They were same as family members in their help to us in this difficult time. The room & all heating was good. They also helped us in all travel matters & sightseeing

Room was very clean, spacious, and carpeted. Breakfast option was available. But for lunch/dinner you need to eat out or order from Swiggy/Zomato. I am veg so ordering-in options were very limited. So it's better to pack dinner or eat out. Mr. Bashir is soft spoken and helpful. Mr. Mehraj Bhat (Manager) helped us to arrange a cab for our daily commute. He also accompanied me on the last day for shopping, and some sight seeing. Overall a comfortable stay.

The washroom was ok. But the toilet and fittings around it need improvement. Some modern facilities in the bathroom are needed.

The hospitality, the location, and proximity to shops and restaurants nearby, it's closer to the airport as well. Very well maintained place, clean rooms and beds as well were impressive. The washroom also had toiletries - didn't expect it as it's a homestay. The owneer is also a very sweet and helpful person. It's a must stay place. Would highly recommend.
